I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I’ve consistently had poor experiences at this pharmacy. The staff has been noticeably rude and unhelpful, and unfortunately, there have been multiple issues with my prescriptions. I hope they make serious improvements to their customer service and attention to detail.

This is the most inconsistent pharmacy I have ever had the disservice of using. I’ve been diabetic for more than a decade and without fail they don’t have my insulin, sensors or other supplies ready on time. It’s not in stock, I call to get it in stock, they have no recollection of me calling the first time, the pharmacist isn’t on duty, the pharmacy hours online are not the same as the one posted on the window nor the one that they actually follow, theres a shortage, call again in 10 minutes its ready for pick up. I get hung up on after waiting for, no exaggeration, an hour. There are other pharmacies within 4 miles of here, even better Walgreens locations that you’re better off going to.

Just called to ask for a product and before I could even ask the lady at the front that answered the phone immediately RUDELY SAID “we don’t have any more of the glasses… we are sold out” then she proceeded to disconnect the call and so am left shocked and confused because I didn’t even get to ask for the product I wanted which wasn’t the Glasses smh. So rude. Thanks for reminding why I need not shop here and stick to CVS OR THE LOCAL PHARMACY…

Used to be a sufficient pharmacy. Lately it has declined tremendously. Seems the last SEVERAL months, every time I go to pickup my routine medication there’s an issue. From being told I do not have insurance- to not having anything ready- to not having the medication prescribed (coming to pickup & being told it’ll be 15 mins- then returning in 30 mins to be told they don’t even have any).Every month, I get the same medications. Most of the time, I’ll get an email- text- call informing me of the status/issues. Not now.& since I wasn’t told the first time (during normal business hours) I cannot call the doctors office to have it transferred to another location.I completely understand being busy & can even deal with the occasional not being in stock. But the CONSTANT something, every time. Now- I just want to transfer which is unfortunate being the location is so close to my job. & there’s no Walgreens close to home.Sorry for the long rant. But medication is important.

The pharmacy is crazy busy. They clearly don't have enough people. In the time I was waiting they told most people to come back later to pick up. They had me wait 25 mins for my "appointment". Why do they bother taking appointments even? Plus it was 60 dollars for a flu shot. Way more than most places. The poor people actually working seem nice but this place is a mess. Don't go here!

They did a great job working with me to get my insurance issues rectified and get my meds to me. Friendly staff and pharmacist was very nice and accommodating.

Very tired going to get meds and the pharmacy is closed, no pharmacist moved to another store. Short handed. We had a great pharmacist who knew us by name for years but sent him to another store that was not very productive. Our family is slowly seeking out the competition. Obviously you are so big you think how to treat your customers does. not matter.

Pharmacy was extremely rude. I took a new prescription in today and told the young lady I would like to wait if they had it in stock. EYE ROLL. told her it had been I while since I had filled a prescription at Walgreens. EYE ROLL and huffy response. Went to check if they had prescription TOLD NO. I asked when they could get it in and got another EYE ROLL and we have no idea.Just left Publix where I must say the experience was super. They do not have the prescription either but will have it by Friday. Guess what! NO EYE ROLLS
