This place is the worst. Closed saturday-tuesday for Labor day weekend? Cancels my refill Rx requests constantly requiring phone calls. Hours are impossible to predict. Customer service lackluster. Moving to another pharmacy across town.

One cashier. No self checkout. This creates an unnecessary wait. They need to add self checkout like most CVS stores.

please consider bringing back ACTUAL curbside pickup. People are sick and cannot come inside to the photo area to pick up a CURBSIDE ORDER. I will be taking my business to companies that accommodate for their customers.

Making fun of your customers in front of them is not very kind. I recommend going elsewhere.

CVS is a better choice for Covid vaccines.I was not able to schedule appts for my wife and me on the same day at Walgreens one appt was Tuesday and one Friday. I called pharmacy and asked if he would let my wife have her vaccine when I had mine. He wouldn't budge, must stick to scheduleCVS on the other hand is allowing up to 4 people to schedule their covid vaccines at the same time.

They had my sons appointment for his vaccine in the system wrong. Despite me having a confirmation of the time we had shown up for his appointment, they wouldn’t honor it. Not only that, they were the rudest pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. I would never set foot in the store again and recommend going elsewhere to anyone who asks.

Absolutely ridiculous! I came to get Covid testing for myself and my children as my youngest was exposed at school. Of course, they do not allow you to make appointments for multiple people at the same time- you always have to go in (on the website) and hope to get a spot and my children and myself were spaced out for appointment times. In the past when I've come to Walgreens and I was scheduled along with my children (on the schedule for the same day) to get tested, they have no problem getting our samples and getting the test done, unfortunately that location I usually go to did not have any testing slots available so I had to come to this location on Ridgefield Parkway. I asked the guy who came to the drive-through window if my children could get their tests done as well, explaining that my one of my children was scheduled to get tested only about 15 minutes later and then the other one was scheduled over two hours later due to the time slots available. At first he said that I could he could do two of us now, myself and the child who has an appointment shortly after mine, but he said that the one who has an appointment after four would have to wait because there couldn't be more than 15 minutes between appointment times or something along those lines. Then he only gave me one test strip and said that the other test would have to be done when I came back for my child's appointment time rather than me getting the two of us who had to close appointment times together despite the fact that he said there couldn't be more than X amount of time between testing of the appointment times. How does that even make sense!?!? Wth????? I just took my test and now I have to sit in the parking lot and wait for 7 minutes for my daughters testing time to get hers done and supposedly my other child's testing done as well, although he contradicted himself and said that they couldn't do the tests too far from the time they're scheduled?!?! TERRIBLE!

I bought two items at this Walgreens. When I got home I found the shampoo was not in the bag. I had to drive back to the store. The cashier saw me and immediately took the shampoo from behind the counter. She didn’t even acknowledge me or say sorry to me for her mistake. Bad customer service.

I will be switching to this Walgreens location in the future. I had an issue with a gift card that my regular Walgreens couldn’t get figured out mainly because you need a manager to handle it and the other store manager didn’t show up for his shift and the employees did not know when he would be in. I came to this location on Ridgefield and the manager was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to try and resolve my issue with corporate (which is apparently the only way to go about it). All the employees were so nice and courteous. My issue is still in progress but this store and this manager got me to the point I needed when another location could not. Thank you guys!!

The employees of this Walgreens are the best. Seriously, everyone I have interacted with at this store has gone above expectations and done it with a smile and positive attitude. Great job to all!

I had my first covid vaccine here this morning, and I just want to say how pleasant and understanding the woman who gave me my shot was. I have extreme anxiety, especially in healthcare settings, and am not always treated with kindness over this. I don't remember her name, but I was there at 11:30 on 8/11. Thank you!!

Had an emergency so we decided to run out to this Walgreens. Unfortunately, as soon as the associate saw us in the parking lot, he locked the door 10 minutes before closing. That was heartbreaking because this is a pharmacy first and should be treated as such.

I was just in Walgreens at John Rolf and Riggefield roads. I bought a pair of reading glasses, the sign said buy one get one free. It didn't ring up like that. So the associate George walked back there with me and I showed him. He called the manager and sure enough the signs expired on the 6th. I didn't know that. The manager said no Sir that's our fault for not taking them down and gave me the buy one get one anyway. Now that how you keep customers. Thank you so much George and George's manager. Oops forgot the managers name....

This Walgreens has very friendly service. Unfortunately when I went in tonight the cashier had her mask completely off talking to a customer. The customer was attempting to keep distance and had her mask on. I almost left because I felt uncomfortable in the environment but got my 2 items and went to check out. The cashier was eating with her hands as I approached and thankfully did put a mask on but then proceeded to touch my items without washing her hands...and was just at her mouth. Walgreens...please assist your employees to do better and keep everyone safe. Thank you.
