Adding a 5 star rating for the Auto Care Center. The employees were so nice, it was incredibly affordable, and my tire change was very quick. Car rides so much better now. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a tire replacement!! Thank you!!

Very busy season. Cashier was calm and friendly under pressure from long lines. Had opportunity to meet & greet new people. Had fun ?. I love the WM prices.

I usually don't write reviews about customer service experiences, but today's visit to the Walmart on Sheila Street compelled me to share my feedback. I was shopping for bathroom items, specifically towels, and encountered an issue with a Walmart employee in the towel section. The worker responsible for organizing the towels didn't provide enough space for customers to browse the products. Despite my attempts to look at items, she remained stationary, not moving to allow me access. Additionally, when I touched any product, she stared at me without friendliness, promptly taking the item and refolding it.This experience was extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. It creates a negative impression that discourages customers from making purchases. I suggest implementing training programs to orient employees towards better customer service.

I’ve been to this location quite a few times, but I’m calling it quits. Customer service is officially dead. Let’s be honest, I go to Walmart for the prices, but I can’t deal with the experience anymore. The store is a wreck. Items are disorganized and messy. I don’t expect employees to overly converse when checking me out, but I DO expect a simple greeting. I just get a flat affect instead. No hello, have a good day, nothing. My last visit, I was stopped at the exit by an employee wanting to check my receipt for kitty litter in my cart. Everything else was bagged, but Walmart is concerned about $12 kitty litter. Listen, I totally get asking for a receipt for a $500 TV, but kitty litter?! It feels so invasive and uncomfortable. I went to Target afterwards and had a totally different experience. Polite, patient, and helpful employees, none of which asked me for a receipt on my way out the door. I’ll pay $2 extra for my laundry detergent for a pleasant experience, thanks.

I visit this Walmart regularly and it is always clean. The greeter is always pleasant. I can't say much about the other employees, they don't really stand out which is why I don't give it 5 stars. Overall, it is stocked pretty well and the layout is nice.

I love this location. I have to drive farther away to get my groceries, but it's always clean and very well stocked. I find all of my brand name products here, ESPECIALLY my Spanish products, which is difficult for me to find in my area. I am making this my favorite Walmart to shop at.

Terrible. Employees are nasty to customers and literally dont care. Last night, 4 registers lit up, not one single cashier. I had to wait and eventually flag one down. She didn't say a word to me. After a minute she said "eff that", shut her light off and shooed customers away. At the end of my transaction, she handed me my bags. I asked "is that all?" She huffed and said "yeah". Of course it wasn't. When I realized at 8:00, I called. No answer. Apparently, they don't take calls after 11. I tried again this morning. Again, they don't answer. Worst place ever

I can't speak on the value of fresh food because I never buy vegetables etc from Walmart in general. My only knock for this location is that it's always kind of compact and slightly messy. I'm suprised they don't have specific times in the day for stocking when customers being in there is at its lowest because presentation means everything. Walking through the aisles with pallets and carts in the way and nobody around handling them is kind of annoying to see ever time I come in there. There should be somebody going through the aisles every hour just to make sure products are in the right place, to straighten up basically. Other then stuff kind of being everywhere, it's an okay place to shop. We definitely needed it in this neighborhood

This particular location is really great with their online shopping and the pick-up area as well as delivery. Damon helped us with our pick-up order today and he was very nice and polite!

waiting 50+ MINUTES on the shortest pick up order ever it’s a shame. less than 4 items. went in the store. called the store. checked in through the app. and still took forever. by that time i could of got the items myself..and actually did go retrieve them myself since nobody ever brung them. i met them instead. sad. slowest service ever. never again.

0⭐Not very clean, stock is just tossed on shelves. Nothing seems to have the correct item & price label. The Walmart App & Store are never in sync...app says they have... xyz available when you get to the store, the store tells you it's the apps fault... so try calling before going to not waste gas.. no answer. The grocery store part is somewhat small & seem to cater mostly to the Hispanic culture. The dairy & meat cases should be shut down, they are filthy. The staff are few & those that are there have a attitude of I'm getting out of jail soon. Parking lot you have to dodge chicken bones & other foods & garbage people just throw out. I just can't seem to find anything good to say about this store other than if you're a Walmart shopper find another store.

It's walmart. I usually find what I'm looking for at a decent price. I tend to use the curbside pick up a bit since I usually have my dog with me. They are usually prompt, but I'm not going to lie and say there haven't been slow times.

Money center closed and customer service said they cannot do money transactions. Waste of a trip and had to drive 25 min to the next Walmart who's customer service did my money transaction. Highly upset!

Ordered groceries last night to be picked up today from 9-10 am (less busy) got there at 9:12 called check in and a gentleman came to the window to both check, typed in my name on his phone. Waited… waited.. waited.. 40 mins of watching car that got there after me leaving. Trying to be patient! But I keep seeing it, so I ask Spencer.. hey been here a hr not sure what’s going on. Spencer looks… ha not checked in! The other gentleman was trying to make excuses as maybe they didn’t have the order completed but I already know they did. Never had a problem before absolutely horrifying.

This store needs more employees and more drivers on hand because I placed an order on Friday morning and had to cancelled it Saturday evening because the driver cancelled to deliver my items. Saturday morning, I had one of employees call me asking me do I still want my orders and am I going to pick it up, where right now I cannot do much because of a recent injury that occurred at my job a few months back. No professional aspects in this place.
