This is probably the most ghetto, trifling Wawa in Richmond. 6/11 around noon I simply asked them to put my Hoagie in a bowl and the manager in the food section refused! Avoid this Wawa like the plague.

Last night I orderd my food the man had a attitude sandwich made all the door dash food just sitting on the counter not bagged get my sandwich get home sandwich fall out the box not secured at all cashier did not give me a receipt please do better.

Whoever made mobile order #527 around 6:30pm on 2/20/25 deserves a big big raise. By far the best food we’ve ever got from Wawa. Delicious! As my wife says made with love.

cashier KIA was nasty as hell, if you have points and you have enough to get a free item why did it upset the cashier? She talks very sarcastic to customers and the manager claims she DOSENT work there. VERY NASTY LOOKING EYELASHES WITH HER NAME TAG SAYING KIA, you can't miss her. Not only that, they put a GLOB of MAYO on my chicken & bacon wrap snack. The food was nasty, they had no ice or fountain drinks, the store was DIRTY and the cashier must have come from some GETTO with NO EDUCATION. I will never as long as I live go to a WAWA on the east end. After this I will be going back to work at THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, we need to do a white glove walk through. WAWA CAN THANK THE MANAGER AND KIA for this. People please be careful where you eat, this place is TRASH

This was a very poor service & I lost reward points. The front cashier at 2 pm was rude & unprofessional. Said my rewards wouldn't be recognized & I needed to go to a restaurant. Absolutely the worst! I walked out of the store without my items. If I could give ZERO I would. My job site was legit right next to the store working on the road.

Just ordered from here . My order was over 30 dollars so why did I receive plastic bag of candy? This is outrageous. 3 pieces of candy and a bag of chips in place of $30 worth of food? I don’t understand why not just cancel the order if you can’t or don’t want to do it . Then the drivers should have some way to check items or do returns if it’s not correct. $30 and a prolonged period of wait time down the drain. If you’re trying to feed your kids or really hungry please don’t shop here they should be embarrassed it’s not even a restaurant how hard is it to assemble precooked food?

I think Wawas maintenance department is under staffed. The air pumps (there are two) have been down for over 2.5 months. I asked the manager if there was a number or email address to contact and he said no. During the conversation he had that beyond disinterested look in his eyes. They will probably still be down this time next month so heads upUnfortunately I have a tire with a slow leak so I've been filling it up regularly. I know, I know, just patch it! In the meantime though, I've found that three other Wawas around Richmond have chronically out of service airpumps. Obviously no gas station has an obligation to provide free air but when you are known for that service, people do drive out of their way to fill up a tire...

Atmosphere: it's always really crowded & busy. So I did something different & messed up. The 2p. Manager quickly respond assistance with old fashion customer service skills/ without any upset customers. ?
Parking: I always park In front.
