When I’m on the East Coast, Wawa is always my favorite stop, I love their food and drink items. On this trip I had my Aunt with me. It was extremely convenient to be able to grab cigarettes for her and drinks for myself. Our hotel was located just outside of this gas station so we were in just about every day for some sort of snack or drink.

depending on the type working you'll have a good experience or bad. Base that off Richmond crime data and you'll learn when to order food and not. Depending on the people working they will respect your money and provide quality service and product. If you get the wrong people. They will disrespect every cent you spend and barely do what they were hired to do. I can see the problem but they are pointing all the fingers at anyone but themselves.

It’s Wawa! Atmosphere is null and void! I will say though…I took a 30 minute drive home only to find that my sandwich was ‘mucked’ up and I had to dissect and reconstruct it. And I received a bowl of chicken soup broth! When I called to complain…basically what I was told was they can’t refund my money because I ‘tried’ to eat my sandwich…well it’s 1:00 AM…and I was hungry so I had to remake my sandwich and I ate what broth/the 10 noodles I had! Also, know that the manager who answered my call was unempathic. She was trained that way apparently - is this the Wawa way? So buyer beware, either be prepared to go to bed hungry after spending your money or drive back to Richmond from wherever to have it replaced! They won’t get another DIME of mine! There is NO customer concern addressed or any reconciliation for their mistakes or callousness! She even admitted that they were ‘rushed’ and so the soup just got not have been to satisfaction…I am very disappointed in the customer service I received for my complaint! THIS is why we need to CHANGE how we spend our CHANGE!!! We receive what these business want to give us, they keep our money, we are unhappy and basically told to ‘go away’ - I’m gonna try to spend wiser…and again, Wawa is done with my money…because they shall get no more!

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. One of my favorite Wawa locations. Just know it gets very busy when ordering food in-store during normal meal times. I've waited as long as 20 minutes. But they work as fast as they can.

Stopped for gas, went inside to get a lemonade refresher and spent 5 minutes unable to get anyone's attention.
Realized there was a terminal to order hidden in the corner, but just lemonade wasn't an option.
Employees were very busy with takeout orders so I assume I'll have to just order through the app from now one, even if I'm trying to shop at their location.
Had to walk out and get on the road.

Ordered toasted Italian Ciabatta sandwich was delicious for me and my bf had buffalo chicken wings are good too. (He wish he had ordered 12 wings so until other time)

Fuel stop for my rental prior to return to Richmond International which is a half mile away.No issues with the pump and little debris in the area. I did not go inside this time, but have before and staff friendly.

Wawa has pizza! ? It was surprisingly delicious. The cheese tasted fresh, it was hot and melty. The crust wasn’t overly thick. The crust had some char which was tasty. With the prices of frozen pizzas in the grocery store, this is much better.
