I came to Wellsfargo today (8/22/23 @9:40am) I needed a stamp on a check that is written to Wellsfargo and I. Joe Jenkins tells me I need an appointment. I asked why? When I see 1 teller, 1 branch manager and 3 employees including himself, NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE BRANCH BUT ME!! He (JOE) tells me " 2 of us have a 10am appointment and this is at least a 30 min process and our manager is in a meeting". The last time I came same thing and same person. Last time I needed a notary for their paperwork and Joe told me the samething and again nobody was in the bank. VERY POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE and seems RACIST to me. It seems you didn't want to assist me.

Every time I come in only tone cashier on the line. Today they had 5 employees I could see and just one on the line. 30 mins for chaser check.

My mom wrote a check for me to cash. Because she wrote a $50 less amount on the second pay to the order of line compared to the rectangle box, the manager refused to cash it. My mom was in the car and she has covid symptoms, so she initialed the check and I went back in with it, and they still refused unless she were to come inside even though she was on the phone and could verify any needed info. The manager at this branch should be more knowledgeable and understanding during these times. This is why I don’t bank here and never will

The epitome of ghetto. I can never get this location on the phone. Absolute horrible service. Really hate to say it because I'm new to this area and have never had problems with Wells Fargo until having this location be my home branch. Would rather switch banks at this point.

Not only does Wells Fargo suck as a business all of their branches are trash. Customer service is trash. Claims department is trash. Bank w/ absolutely ANYWHERE but Wells Fargo. Better off with a piggy bank. They have constant problems w/ fraud. They charge you for any and everything. Just 0/10

I like it when a bank is open on Saturday, especially when they open at 9am. I got there at 845a and there was already a line. By 9am, there were maybe a dozen people in line. Sometimes you just have to go to the bank and do something face to face. If you can do it Saturday morning, even better. There was a Personal Banker and a Teller at opening and by 915a there was another Teller. The drive through is also open then as well as a drive up teller.
