Terrible customer service. I waited for 10+ minutes and then someone walked in a jumped right in front of me and they let them do it even upon hearing from both me and the lady that I had been there. They say you don’t have to make an appointment but that’s all they accept. The customer service is very bad here. I have had this account since Wachovia and I am closing the account! Think twice people.

I opened up an account today with Corey and my experience with him was exceptional. He was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. He put all of my concerns to rest. I literally floated out of there. Just a great overall experience. I’d give 6 stars if I could! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I didn’t actually use this particular branch, but felt compelled to share my most recent experience regarding Wells Fargo customer Service team Claim’s department. I had two unsatisfactory issues with a merchants that I had conducted business with. The products in question didn’t meet my needs. I was having the most difficult time returning them because I was getting the runaround. When I called Well Fargo customer service to file a claim. They were with me “ten toes down” . The funds for each product was held in my account and not dispense to the merchant and the claim was under review. With a ten day period the funds were returned to my account. I needed to use this platform to express my profound gratitude to Wells Fargo claim service. I shared this to shine a light on the good things about Wells Fargo. They may not get it right on some days, but they had my back in this instance.

Terrible Bank! Find another place to make money off of your hard-earned money. I deposited a check (from another bank, for a construction loan) at an ATM because I HAVE TO WORK LONGER HOURS THAN THIS BANK IS OPEN and rather than simply verifying the check is legitimate and deposit it into my account (which I have had for over a decade), I had to call the bank to find out that they reversed the deposit, had no reason why, and I would be sent back my ENDORSED CHECK via mail within a week. Well, gee, don't you think the bank could have contacted me personally (I live VERY close to this branch) if there was some unknown issue with a bank-provided check from another large bank? No, they instead sent my fully endorsed check all the way across the country to NEVADA! Now, a week later, it is being sent back across the county (and requires a direct signature to receive it, when I will, once again, BE AT WORK TO MAKE A LIVING!). Way to go Wells Fargo, now I have to explain to my contractors why a bank can't complete the most basic of task, and I cannot pay them for my home build, and pay them on-time. Never, never, never use this bank! I had to call the bank I have a construction loan with, have them cancel this fully endorsed check making its way across the country twice, and ask them to wire me the funds instead. I will not be using this bank any longer, especially now that Chase has brick & mortar stores locally now!

I had a 3 PM appointment Today & I walked into this bank I seen they had four visible employees, not near one employee greeted me the customer nor say NOTHING!! I DIDNT said anything I sat in a seat until 330 not one employee say anything to me the whole time. I stood in front of one of the tellers and stated is anyone going to address me NOT EVEN a HI Teresa stated I said Hi NO U DIDNT if you, did I would have stated Hi I have a 3pm appointment she then stated with who? Oh my bad Wells Fargo gives names and job titles at time of scheduling an appointment WOW again I advised her YOU all watch me sit HERE without saying anything or or asking anything No help if you would’ve said something I would’ve answered and said I’m here for 3 PM appointment and how are you doing today it seems like the staff at Wells Fargo is overworked underpaid or they’re just a bunch of employees who’s there just for a check I have a business account I have a business to run and Even small businesses are more professional and caring then u big companies WELLS FARGO IS taking COVID-19 for granted shame on u all WE SMALL COMPANIES exist and I am looking for these big bankers to do the same AS US WORK A bunch of lazy ppl acting like they have a lot of work and doing less work and they doing worse during rough times SHAME ON YOU ALL KARAM treat ppl with respect it’s us who keeps U GUYS IN BUSINESS THE PPL THAT IS MAYBE U GUYS OVER AT WELLS FARGO NOT AWARE?U GUYS KNOW BETTER

I really bad with names i think the bank teller last name is tores . It was thursday around 4 she was the best teller i have ever had she was very nice and she took her time to help me she explain everything to me.

I live 2 blocks from this bank and live in an apartment building that does not have in unit washer or dryer. I have to pay in quarters. Since July of this year I walk to Wells Fargo every week, pay the $3 atm fee to get out my cash to then go inside and get a roll of quarters for to do my laundry. I do not have a vehicle and this is the only bank walking distance to me. I was denied service today due to the "coin shortage" and since i was not a paying customer, even though i pay to use their atm every week. The coin shortage isn't something new- this was used as an excuse to deny my service. I was asking for ONE ROLL of quarters. This is probably something so small that the teller won't think twice of and go on about her day but for me, this is a huge inconvenience. If a bank will not give me change then who will??

Excellent customer service every time we have visited. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Even when they’re busy, they respect your time enough to tell you directly instead of letting you wait around excessively. Out of several branches in the area, I usually go out of my way to come to this branch.

The TELLERS were WONDERFUL but the CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. just SITTING AROUND is RUDE as HECK!!! THEY DON’T GREET YOU and NEVER ASK IF YOU NEED HELP especially the ONE THAT’S THERE TODAY, AUGUST 28th, 2021!!! She didn’t say ANYTHING but “I’M ON A CALLL!!!” when my MOM wanted her to ANSWER a QUESTION!!! LOVE THE TELLERS but GET RID of that ONE REP. just SITTING and PRETENDING SHE’S WORKING so she WON’T have to HELP “YOU!!!”

Tried to deposit a check made out to my husband and I into our shared account. Endorsed the back as “for deposit only” and the teller told me she couldn’t make the deposit because check was supposed to be endorsed from us both. What kind of cr*p is this?!

Run from this branch. Nastiest branch manager I have ever met. Tellers were OK but rest of the staff is also mean. No bank should have employees like this or policies like they have.

I went in to set up another account there and ended up working with the branch manager. It was taking a few minutes but Salim was very helpful and friendly through the whole experience. If i ever had any issues, everyone there was very friendly and seemed like they'd go above and beyond!

I'm a fan of the brick and mortar banks, especially those that have a 'Personal Banker' on site. Not always, but every now and then you want to get face to face and talk to someone. Today it was Mr Salim, who just happens to be the Branch Manager. He took my question, researched and resolved it in short order. He was very professional and expressed empathy and concern for my issue which he acknowledged would be a concern of his had this happened to him as well. That's all I wanted and now I know who I can go to when the on-line option just isn't adequate.
