We have been customers of WF since it was called something else, and before that something else, and before that something else again. We live 5-minute walk away and want to use THIS location. We stopped in to get signatory added to an account. Manager gave me a card and said to go online to book an appointment. Guess what? NO appointments. EVER. Every single day is grayed out into infinity. What is the bloody point of telling us to go online and make an appointment but you NEVER have any slots available? People were coming in to meet with the manager who was expecting them. How did the customers make their appointments? This used to be a great branch. What happened? Such a bloody PITA to have to start up the car, drive to a location that actually DOES have available appointments, and drive back home when we could have walked out the door and up the street. Pfft.

No integrity. I asked for a no fee, no interest withdrawal . I was told by the teller manager that if I used a Visa cd check, no fees no interest. Then,a $150 fee!!! I went to this branch, spoke to him, he said he'd see what he could do and respond to me. He never did!! I sent a complaint, via their email, to Carytown, no response.I spoke to several different customer service reps re:, all promised to respond, nothing!!! Wells Fargo, corporate giant only cares about their profits and not their customers!!! DONT do business w/ them!!!

I have been going to this bank for at least 40 years. The employees and the services given are exceptional. ?????????

Worst Bank and customer service of any establishment I have entered. I am new to the area and was looking for a local bank to establish an account when I entered the Wells Fargo in Carrytown to make change. I only wanted five 20's in exchange for my $100 bill. When I gave the clerk my $100 bill she asked if I was a member; I said no, and the bank clerk immediately said that she could not help me. I literally rolled my eyes in disbelief (a bank that won't make change for a $100 bill unless you are a member). The clerk would not even provide me a reason other than I was not a member. I then went next door to the 7-11 and they gave me change for my $100, and I did not even have to make a purchase. Needless to say, Wells Fargo is off the list of potential banks I will use when I open my new account in Richmond. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family of their pathetic excuse for customer service. Marketing 101, word of mouth is the best source of marketing for a business; I think Wells Fargo should reevaluate their management and marketing practices to say the least...

This is not my bank. I use it once a month to deposit rent to my landlord. My monthly visits are usually summed up with slow service with obvious disdain from the tellers. Such is customer service. Today prompted a review brought on a by oversight from management. I waited over half an hour in line. There were 7 people in front of me and the line got longer over the wait. Over the course of this 35 minute wait, there was one teller. This is the day after a weekend, at the beginning of the month, and the day after a bank holiday. Over-staffing is usually the best route, or least normal staffing. But there was one solitary teller, and a multitude of bankers on the side lines shrugging their shoulders. Unfortunately, no apology. Fortunately, not my bank, or ever will be.

I come here to pay my rent, because it's better than driving and I save a stamp. The line always moves quickly and the employees always smile - no matter what type of day they're really having. Even though it's a good part of the city, they have security glass which makes you feel like you're in a sleazy part. But... good for them. Safety first.
