Stopped in to cash a quick check and have been here for 10 minutes. It took 2 people to help one person get cash. I don't have a lot of time to wait and had I known this was the issue I would have went to a different bank. Now I've wasted my whole lunch hour and stilll haven't cashed a check. EDIT - I waited 30 minutes, wasted my lunch break and still didn't get my check cashed. So I have to come back to this poorly ran bank again.

The staff has always been nice and professional to me. They seem to be short staffed as most of the time there is a line at the teller window. But then again I do not feel rushed, when it is my turn, at the teller window.

This is the second Wells Fargo ATM that I've used where it has jammed, or gone haywire on me.Considering I never had any issues with any of the ATMs for the much smaller Suncoast Credit Union, down in Florida, I'm a bit dumbfounded that a huge bank like WF can't get ATMs with less issues.

Make sure you have plenty of time to wait when you come in if you need assistance from someone other than a cashier. I had misplaced my debit card & needed a temporary replacement...waited 45 minutes but had to leave so I didn't miss an appt. my request was simple but other, more complicated transactions were ahead of me, they are understaffed and as a result of the combination of the 2, I had to walk out without being helped...would be much simpler if they would let the cashiers help with these things.

Small location and it smells like urine when you walk in. People at the service counter have no idea of the bank rules or regulations. The service manager, Pam, had to come assist the teller in simply cashing a check. No smiles at this location and not very friendly service.

A solidly run bank with an energetic and well trained staff. It's a clean well organized facility.
