i used maps to find a wells fargo and the parham and broad location showed up. I went there to use atm but entire bank was closed!signs are pulled down, and all atms are removed. this has happened with a few locations now…… what’s going on wells fargo? i get charged a fee to use atms other than yours and yet 3 locations google maps directs me you are closed. wow

Went into this Branch to request a new card. They had me fill out a some sort of request form and told me it would take 7 to 10 days for it to get to me. Today, on the 10th day I called Wells Fargo's customer service to see if i could receive my shipping information and they told me that they had no record for a new card request and that I would have to fill out more information to receive a new card. This is a huge inconvience because it seems the bank teller just ignored my request and didn't pass on any information. Got no help at all!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero I would, but it's not an option. Very few locations opened on Saturday and the one at Parham and Broad has only one banker working. Came in around 10 to open an account and we were told to wait for the banker. At 11:45, finally our turn, we were told that computers shut down at 12 and there wasn't enough time to open the account, after we had waited 1 1/2 hours in the lobby. What poor service for your customers Wells Fargo!!

Sat in drive thru for an hour on 90 deg day. Vehicles behind me kept pulling into available lanes. Terrible service. Terrible management. it's amazing that Wells Fargo does not take action.

Extremely rude and disrespectful. I think she is Manger or Supervisor she speaks loud and it doesn't show any respect, she treats customers like a students. I'm disappointed because Wells Fargo is better than that.

I would give the upper corrupt management a zero star if I could. They have already been indicted for ripping off their customers. Have all my business and personal account with Wells Fargo. They would not process any loans through the SBA when we need our bank to help us most. During this difficult time, they advise you to go to another bank to apply since the Federal government asked Wells Fargo not to make money on these loans. They have no interest whatsoever to help you if there is no benefit for their deep pockets. Other bank give priority to their already existing customers. So, we are stuck in limbo and you are penalized because you bank with Wells Fargo. The staff at the branch are friendly, however they tie their hands in what they can help you with. I highly recommend you bank somewhere else.

Went inside this location to make change for my job. The teller asked if we had a business account. I told her no. However, I have a personal account with them. She was not sure if she could make change for me. She then turned around to ask another woman if she could complete that request for me. The woman told her she could only make $100 worth of change for me. I then reached out to customer service only to be told they should have been able to help me. That was the first and last time I will go into that branch. My advice is they shouldn't quote policy if they don't actually know what the policy is. The worst customer service!
