I would give zero stars if it was an option. Awful customer service, mistakes were made to other customers accounts (I found out as I waited) and the employees tried to make excuses as to why. Never apologized for their errors. I arrived at 11:00 AM, an hour prior to closing and just before noon instead of helping me and the other person that had been patiently waiting, the desk representatives walked around and talked to the other employees. If you are looking to open an account with them, look elsewhere. Or take your business to another bank that values its customers. They obviously do not at this location.

What happened? All the good bankers have left except for one or two. This use to be the best bank ever , now you feel like no one cares. Today I came in because a charge on my account wasn’t made by me , lady in the back who was wonderful told me a banker will be right with me . Some lady who is having a personal convo , stops an tells me they are super busy an to come back at 1, she then processed to tell me that her they can’t help me with my problem when she never even looked at my problem . The company said to ask my bank for help maybe an hour later .

My niece and I stopped by today to open an account for my niece. Leia helped us with that. It couldn’t have been a better experience. We didn’t have to wait. She knew exactly what to do, worked through the process methodically and efficiently. She paid attention to the spelling of my niece’s name and made sure all the details were correct. She also helped us through the process of logging into the app. By the time we left the branch, there was nothing else to be done. Leia provided superb costumer service experience. Thank you very much!

I went today to help my brother in law open a checking account, an african american old lady helped us, i was trying to explain to her that he just came from Mexico but he was born in the USA and i only had his birth certificate and Social security number.. i told her that he couldn’t understand or speak English because she kept on talking to himShe then proceeded to say that i needed a picture ID which it’s understandable but she didn’t stop thereShe kept talking to him questioning him about where his passport was and how did he crossed from Mexico to the USAI thought she was a banker not an Immigration officer, after i told her i needed to get him a card to start receiving bills from wells fargo in order to get him his id she said no you don’t get bills from wells fargo maybe statements ( I don’t know if im crazy but i get them all the time with information about my accounts) then she kept talking to HIM ( HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE IS SAYING) she its now asking him if he was born here.. at this point i get up and tell her that its very rude from her that she is a racistI hope wells fargo does something about this because this is NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL, she was basically questioning the authenticity of his birth certificate and social security number, all shw had to do was tell us that we need a picture id and thats all

Seriously. Improve your guest experience. On Monday, and typically on Friday’s, there is one cashier / teller available. The two busiest banking days in this country. And while I sit here waiting and writing this, all the supervisors / managers sitting at their desks and sitting in their offices are content to just laugh it up and chill. No sense of urgency for the guest at all. Do better Wells Fargo

I’ve visited here a few times just to use the atm or withdraw some cash. Staff are professional and helpful. Very convenient location. I enjoyed my previous visits and would come again.

Easy and fast drop at atm with cash deposit and can even scan phone for drops or to get money do not need card. I enjoy banking with Wells Fargo I have been a long time customer and will attest that there is no better bank around. They will waive the monthly fee for checking accounts almost always for me if I do not meet the requirements and never have to ask, it is rare. It’s the little stuff people notice. This company understands that. Keep up the good work. Best WF around and does not have the ATM out of order ever and if so the one inside the doors in the front is open 24 hours very handy and something that I bet more then half the customers did not know. ?

I would not even give this branch one star. I had a problem with my checking account where I was missing $600 of my money that I deposited a week before. Not only was I already stressed that I had that much money missing from my account I could not for the life of me get ahold of someone on the phone I just wanted to talk to a real person so I finally made an appointment to go talk to someone in person. When I arrived at my appointment I was met with an extremely rude bankteller, she did not introduce herself or say her name but she was blonde and had really really bad eyeliner so you can't miss her. When I tried to explain to her my problem with my bank her tone was very condescending and she talked to me like I was stupid. Then she proceeded to tell me what I already knew (that my money was missing) but that it wasn't hers or the banks problem and that I needed to contact a third party to fix it. This left me with no where to turn because the third party I contacted already before told me I needed to talk to my bank to fix the problem. Honestly this interaction rubbed me so wrong that I am most likely going to switch banks and close my accounts with wellsfargo. You should not be working in customer service if you are that miserable of a person you need to make others feel bad like go do doordash or something.

Went through the ATM at this branch for the first time. The teller Alex was personable, efficient and quick. I also enjoyed chatting with him while waiting for things to be done. The conversation made it a pleasant experience even though I normally don’t like ATMs.
