This has to be one of the worst Wendy's drive-thru, I have been too. The other night, I ordered a 1/4 Single cheese combo w/o tomatoes, and for $10.80, I received was a jr cheeseburger with everything. Of course I tried to call them to let them know, but of course no answer. So, I called their customer service. The rep said that he spoke to the manager, and that he will call me concerning the matter. But to be honest, I don't expect to hear back from them. It was the nonchalant attitude from the rep that told me all, I needed to know.Their Pineapple / mango lemonade drink was very good!

They might as well shut down this location just like they did for the Midlothian village location. Awful service took 15 minutes to get a burger and fries and I received the food cold.

After hearing about Wendy’s new way to screw over customers, I decided to never visit again as I implore all potential customers to do the same. Wendy’s, your food isn’t worth paying the base price for, so why would anyone pay your surge pricing.I’m certain that this idiotic idea was the brain child of one of your recently hired business school grads who by the way have no experience or relevance in the real world. Perhaps, you should focus on providing good customer service and quality food that doesn’t sit under a warming lamp until all of the flavor is leached out of it.Instead, you are opting to implement a new approach to extracting more unearned dollars from your already waning customer base. Does this also mean that your employees will receive wage surges during these times for having to work harder and put up with the numerous complaints from customers about your asinine policies?

Usually soooo slow when I go LATE at night. But they are the latest to close and my fries are ALWAYS hot. I can be patient for that.

I went through the drive thru during the day. I was the only car in line. The food came out fast and fresh, and the employee at the window was nice and smiled the whole time. Overall great experience.

I have eaten here in months for the same reason. The drive thru!!!! Its ridiculous its not that they are super busy and you just have to wait. Who ever is taking orders holds the line up. Every time gotta wait behind 6-8 cars. Alway have to sit around for 15-30 min just to get to place order and once its your turn to order they tell you must wait some more.... Crazy!!!!

Our order was completely messed up. One of 3 sandwiches was completely wrong, and one of 2 drinks was completely wrong as well. The employee taking the order lacked customer service abilities.

This is the dirtiest un cleen Wendy's I have ever been in?? I had to go-to the bathroom and no absolutely not. I would much rather go outside just has not been clean or taken care of in weeks. ?.
