This is directed towards the pharmacy department not only are they rude, but they also will never answer the phone for you and whatever you do make sure you put your prescription in a couple days in advance because they take their sweet time getting your stuff to you and you can never get them on the phone! I transferred pharmacies ASAP

Western union has them listed on the website for the services. Rite aid apparently only does purchasing money orders but will not cash anything. false information and rude customer support from the cashier.

This review applies to their pharmacy not their store- Didn't even want to give them one star. This place genuinely sucks ass. I needed to transfer my prescriptions there when I came to college, and not only have they handed me the wrong medication, their wait times are insane, their employees have ignored me standing there with no one else in line for more than 15 minutes, and they never made an effort to call my pc doctor after ensuring that they would twice. Now I'm in a position where I don't have my medication which I need desperately because of their irresponsible and uncaring employees. Also, they up charge the medication an insane amount for some reason, they have all the same insurance info as my other pharmacy back home and they charge almost twice the price for the same exact meds. Couldn't be more unsatisfied, DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE.

The pharmacy employees at this location are not only inept but also like to try to commit potential insurance fraud. While on vacation we needed my sons medication in an emergency situation. We called the pharmacy and as advised they had his RX and that they could fill it. We drive over 100 miles out of the way to get it and they only have half of the RX.... But that's fine, I'm happy to just have some till we can get home. The pharmacist tell us we have to come back next week, to this same location to pick up the other half. My husband explained that we could not drive over 500 miles back to this same location and we would need to pick it up locally to us or make other arrangements. Fast forward a week later. We try to get his medication and we are told we can't because we just got a FULL RX at the Richmond location. We did not. Our insurance company tried to call multiple times and left numerous messages with no return call from this pharmacy. Thankfully our insurance company gave us an override to obtain our sons life saving medication. I'm glad this pharmacy was able to get paid at the risk of my sons life.
