TL;DRI ordered envelopes, they didn’t give me what I ordered, and then they blamed me for the mistake because they “aren’t mindreaders.” I highly, highly recommend you work with a more affordable/reliable printer like VistaPrint or Staples.——I’ve used this company for the past couple of years. In general, their work is good and delivered timely. They are more expensive than brick & mortar stores like Staples, but I’ve been willing to pay a premium to support a small business. However, I had a very bad experience yesterday that’s prompting me to never work with them again.I ordered 250 envelopes and 250 postcards two weeks ago. Last week, I wanted to order more envelopes. I spoke with someone and explained the situation. He asked, “So you just need standard 6 x 9 postcards?” I said that **I didn’t know the dimensions** and that I needed whatever I purchased last time. He said that he probably still had 250 remaining because cases come in sets of 500 and he doesn’t typically breakup cases. I said, “Great. I’ll take them.”The next day I had a friend pick them up. I paid her to hand address 100 of the envelopes, which took 7 hours. When she dropped them off and I went to insert the postcards, they didn’t fit! The printer didn’t give me the original postcards as they said; they gave me standard 6 x 9.I called and explained the situation and asked for them to print 100 smaller postcards so that they would fit the envelopes that they incorrectly sold me. They said that they didn’t think it’s fair for them to accept “full culpability” because they aren’t “mindreaders.” I said that I didn’t know if they were 6 x 9, just that I needed whatever they sold me last time. Instead of apologizing for selling me something I didn’t order, he offered me a 50% discount on the postcards because he thought it was half my fault and half their fault.The company was only saving $50 or so by making me pay for half of it. I’ve spent more than $50 to support their business because it’s local. It’s ironic that I was willing to pay more to support them because they’re local, and yet they weren’t willing to invest an additional $50 to accept responsibility for their mistake and keep a loyal customer happy.I’m giving them 2 stars and not 1 because they have provided good service in the past. However, because they sold me something I didn’t ask for and blamed me for it, I’m not giving them any more business, and I highly recommend you don’t either.

Wythken is my go to for all printing needs. Ric and his team have always been so helpful. They make recommendations on paper quality, color selection, and other things. It has been great to work with them for professional signage as well as personal items. I am lucky to have them so close to the office!

Had a print made on canvas and it came out perfect! I called ahead for a quote and the price was very fair and service was quick. They were very helpful and professional- will definitely go back to them if I need more printing done in the future. Only issue I ran into was difficulty with finding the building... it's kind of hidden from the street but they were so good at helping to direct me to the right place when I called for help!

We asked Ary to print about 50 large photos super last minute, and not only did he manage to get all of them printed that day, he also hand delivered them to our shop when we couldn't make it to Wythken in time! The prints are perfect and the service can't be beat. Thank you Wythken and Ary!!

I seldom write reviews, but my experience with this place was so terrible I felt the need to warn others at the extreme unprofessionalness of this place. I went there to have some prints made of my artwork. I came in and was greeted promptly, then I was led to a scanner, where a guy spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to work the scanner, saying he was new. Another person came over to help.Then, when that was eventually done we went to the computer to talk about the other details. They started to talk with me, but when the phone rang or someone else would come in, they both would just leave me sitting there. After 15 minutes I realized they clearly did not really value my business, and left. If they had been sincerely apologetic I wouldn't have minded nearly as much. I was desperate for prints, and decided to give them a second chance before I wrote them off. They said the prints would be ready that day or the next day(Saturday). I came back Monday to get the prints and was told they were still not ready, but they would call me later in the afternoon. Again, no apology for having not met the deadline they had set. It took me threatening to take away my business before they finally finished it. And when I came in to get the prints, the guy there not only didn't apologize, but acted like I was lucky he was bothering with me. The final work was good, but not worth the terrible experience.
