If I can give 0 star, I'll give 0 star to Xfinity. I spent whole night transfering my internet and mobile service. They kept transferring me to different agents withou solving any problem. Their staff made everyting wrong and caused me loose wifi and cellular data. I lost all connection and could not contact anyone. I spent 6 hours with their customer service but no body fixed anything. I finally purchased a hot spot and got everything fixed by myself. What a terrible team!!! Don't use Xfinity unless you do not have other choices.

I first went to this store to replace my old Apple phone. I worked with Gus to pick out a new one. It was a very smooth process. I thought at the time I could do the set up but realized differently so went back to the store today and worked with Gus again. He is very knowledgeable and personable with customers. He got the phone up and running with no stress on me! Thanks Gus.

Gus Gana at the 12241 W. Broad Street store is the reason why my wife and I switched our mobile service from AT&T to Comcast. Initially, we went to the store to return an extra cable box. Gus met us as we entered the store and quickly credited our account for the cable box. It was then that he told us about current Comcast promotions. Long story short, we switched our mobile service to Comcast. When the new phones arrived at our home, we contacted Gus and figured out a time we could meet. When we met, Gus not only set-up our phones, he spent time making sure we knew how to use them. He was courteous, affable, informed, and did I say, patient. Gus made switching from old "comfortable" phones to new phones seamless and without any appreciable angst on our part.
Gus is "The Man" if you need exemplary service, whether you're merely turning in equipment or totally switching your service.

Don’t bother going here if you want them to help you. I went in on a quiet afternoon with the intention of purchasing a new phone, but the staff was incapable of assisting me with anything. They had me call the help line myself, which took 20 minutes, and then were mystified as to why the discounts I was supposed to receive “weren’t showing up”, so I had to order the phone online myself. Then, even though the phone was right in front of me, I had to go home and wait for it to be shipped. Even though Xfinity online/call center is a pain in the ass, somehow this store is worse.

Been trying for the past hour and a half to find out if I can return these boxes to any store but of course that's not an option on any of the computer AI put a live person on the phone you got 10 million Indians working on the phone why not one more to answer it

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the gentleman who assisted me was very kind and helpful. He gave me the correct phone number to call to set up my account and promptly set me up with the proper equipment. I am not tech savvy so he explained it all to me. Thanks guys!!

Not really a store review but a company review full of stupidity tell someone they can do anything he thing and when you actually try to no one can agree on anything and they so called policies contradict everything

I had to wait 20 minutes in a queue to drop off an old router. They didn’t even need any information from me… they just handed me a receipt once I dropped it off. Absolute waste of my time.

Customer service over the phone or online is a nightmare but every employee I spoke to at the physical location was pleasant and efficient. Much better experience than the hour on the phone and the hour and a half on the chat that literally resulted in no progress. Next time I'm just coming to the store to resolve any issues or to get new devices.
