I'm not one for posting negative comments but BEWARE when buying a used car from a dealer even with a warranty. Purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander for $18,500 and Purchased a Carfax that showed one owner and well maintained.
Not even had it a month and come to find out after noise we were hearing turned out that the bearings inside the transmission was going. I contacted the dealer. Was told his cars are checked by his mechanic. He told me he would contact him and get back to me. Well never got a call back. To be expected!
First off make sure the warranty pays the full price for the engine and transmission because the cost was outrageous with the warranty's recommendation on where to go to get the transmission done. Was told for new transmission would be $8700 and one from junk yard $8200. This warranty paid $2000 towards it. Thank goodness I contacted one of my clients that knew someone that is a parts manager for Toyota. He helped us get remanufactured transmission and recommended us to a shop that installed it. The warranty company paid $2000 and we paid $5600 later not including $400 to diagnose from 2 different places. The owners we very pleasant and was easy to work with, but advice to you, have your mechanic check it out before you make a big investment on your set of wheels.

I am a “raving fan” of Zwain’s Auto! We have bought several vehicles from Nazir and each one was well maintained and in great running condition. Regardless of the price point, you will absolutely get a car that is reliable and won’t break the bank! Cannot recommend Zwain’s enough!

Tried multiple times to get more information on a car and still haven’t gotten anything.Reply: I haven’t gotten any text messages, or emails( I checked all folders). I messaged you guys twice on your website and never got any responses, so I called yesterday asking for pictures because I can’t just come look at it in person. I don’t care how busy you are, other dealerships call me within hours of me messaging them, you never even replied. No wonder you haven’t been able to sell the car I’m looking at for months on end. I have photos to prove that you never emailed or texted me, and if you want this review gone, just simply send the pictures like I asked. Don’t know why this is so hard

Great experience and impeccable service working with Nathan! Highly recommend !It’s unsettling to see people rating a business with one star and not providing a comment smh. Probably a falsereview.Monday, 27 Feb: Saw the truck on CarGurus and called to inquiry about it. Nathan promptly called me back and let me know the truck was still available. My husband and father went to go check the truck. Nathan is very personable and they bonded over “war” stories.Tuesday, 28 Feb: My husband, father, and I went to test drive it. Needless to say, we bought the truck! We are pleased with the purchase and, most importantly, the service we received from Nathan!
