“I’m one of the happy customer for this location. I been buying since last twenty plus years ever since the store was in the other shopping center(now known as the market place).Today, I happen to stop by to pick up some cleaning supplies for my business and young man Cory was very helpful. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I brought several items and he was genuinely delighted to see me buying from the Big lots. I used to buy things from the Home Depot but after two bad experiences in the raw with the customer service I have chose to spend my hard earned money at the Big lots. Plenty of parking, verity of items and the most favorite thing is great customer service urges me to shop more often here. I will certainly recommend them. Solid 10/10. Thank you Cory.”
“this establishment could use some more employees, but that's ok. if it's super busy, it's hard to get anyone to help you, and you'll be in there for a super long time. but i do like all of the employees i've talked to in this store. one of them (i forgot her name...) knows my mom and probably knew me as a baby, so it's always delightful when she gets to see my daughter. some of the employees seem really exhausted and stressed but that's to be expected at most jobs. hopefully they can get some more help soon!”
