“We called Tire Discounters Christiansburg after we discovered we had a badly damaged run-flat tire while driving on I81. Amber was very helpful on the phone and assured us we could have is replaced quickly that afternoon. After inspecting, the mechanic (Mike?) found the other rear tire was equally worn through to the steel belts. Boy are we glad he checked the other tires! The cause was the tires being out of alignment. While this caused us a short delay, midway on our 600+ mile trip from Georgia to Pennsylvania, Amber and Mike took care of us quickly, installing 2 new tires with courtesy and professionalism. They helped us to understand what likely caused the misalignment. Amber also notified us of a recent recall on our particular BMW that our dealer back home had not yet notified us about. We need more businesses like this one! This team is highly recommended!”

“Every time, I have a great experience at Quality Tire and Brakes in Christiansburg. Their service is quick, thorough, and done right the first time. The pricing is much more reasonable than what I’ve seen at other shops, including Walmart, and you can tell they genuinely try to save customers money instead of upselling.

“Sean and the front desk employees were awesome. I seen so many bad reviews on United mufflers shop AFTER I took my car (which worried me after they started working on it) to be worked on. I seen comments about them not fixing what they was suppose to, to expensive, Sean was rude or sean didn't know what he was talking about but I have to disagree with all of that. I just moved to VA from WV and went for inspection and was rejected for many things. I was wondering why he was taking tires off, checking the E-break and lifting the hood (they don't do that in WV) and he politely explained to me all of the VA state laws for inspection stickers. Sean could have potentially saved me and my family's life for there was many things wrong with my car that I didn't know that was very dangerous. He showed me everything that he seen was wrong with it. He didn't just claim there was a problem just so he could make some money like some of these reviews had stated. I don't see him as a "rip off" because he thought I needed both rear bearing to begin with but then called me at a later time to tell me I only needed one. If he was a rip off he would have replaced both and charged me for it. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and was told it would be done Thursday (that's awesome for the amount of work it needed) but there wasn't enough time to get it done Thursday so I was told by front dest sean was only coming in Friday (it was good Friday and they are closed) just to finish mine but they didn't. I wished they would have called to let me know it wasn't going to be done Friday because that made us finding a way to get our Easter pictures and getting to church a little complicated. That's the only reason why they got a 4. If it wasn't for the no contact thing they would have absolutely gotten a 5! I'd recommend united muffler to you. I will return for any future needs.”
“After traveling from out of town to visit my family for the holidays, we took my Honda Odyssey for an alignment. I had questions about my brakes after hearing them squealing - they were able to look at them last minute and they replaced the rotors and brake pads. They went above and beyond to ensure my car was safe for my family for our trip back home. They had all the parts for my vehicle in stock so I only had to leave it for a few hours, also ensuring our trip did not get delayed.
Highly recommend and if I’m ever in town and need vehicle service again - this will be my first and only stop!”
