“Excellent people that take excellent care of the creatures, even the ones that show only their savageness at the vet. We love the staff and their patience with our ferocious feline and her not so ferocious, whiny siblings. Update 1/4/2026 I just wanted to add that Dr. Sullivan sat on the floor with me for over an hour while we talked about end of life care for my dog dying of cancer. Dr. Mabe was patient with our new rescue dog who was afraid of everything and helped us work through the best options to get him all his checks and bloodwork and even messaged us over the app when she was off to help us get him on the right flea, tick and heartworm preventative once that bloodwork was back. We have a cat with hyperthyroidism that is thriving, another with asthma and FIV also thriving, and a mean little fireball that is thriving and still loved when she goes in. They're all very kind and patient with our animals when they're spicy little creatures. I'd add a star if I could. Update 9/2026 If I could add stars I would. Dr. Hughes took over our cat's care when we needed to be seen quickly. Usually Dr. Mabe would see them. But our girl was throwing up again, only to find out her hyperthyroidism was no longer contained by meds. Dr. Hughes helped us navigate that absolute chaos of that and iodine radiation. I definitely messaged her a little with concerns but she was always compassionate and checked on our girl who is doing quite well now.”

“Staff is excellent however I had to order a medicine from the online pharmacy and paid extra for express shipping as the medicine was not stocked at the office. I Talked to staff 2 days prior to ordering & RX was not approved until later the day of my appointment and it took 6 days to get the meds that I paid extra for express shipping. Won't waste money on that again”

“We have absolutely LOVED Companion Animal Clinic. We got out black lab about 2 years ago, and she actually gets so excited to go to the vet. Dr. Fabrizi makes every experience wonderful. He clearly loves animals and our dog adores him. His knowledge is always helpful and comforting. Our dog has had allergies and of course being a lab eats things she shouldn't, and Dr. Fabrizi has expertly guided us through all of it. Our girl is thriving because of her amazing vet!!”

“I have been here multiple times with my dogs but the last time I was there for an appointment for my dog the lady that was asking questions was very rude. I had an appointment at 1pm and I stood outside ringing the doorbell twice before I was let in the first lady that greeted me was very nice but then the lady with red hair, skinny and had glasses on seemed like I was a bother. I have been here before with my dog and maybe because of some misunderstanding she couldn't find my records so asked me questions that was normal but I gave my name at first and my dogs name which should have been able to find his records. But she couldn't and she kept asking me for information when I advised her I was trying to find it knowing my dog was in the car waiting for me at least the air conditioner was on. She treated me as if I was not hearing her and I was. I was trying to find the information needed even calling the veterinarian office that has serviced my dog before from the previous owner. I brought my dog in and yes he's a little overweight and he slipped out of his collar which he never had before she made a small remark. I was waiting on him and my phone was in my car afterwards so I had to pay a wellness fee so I had to retrieve my phone from my car which I had my dog on his leash and said I need to get my phone from my car to make the payment. At that moment she I guess she didn't hear me saying I have to get my phone to pay she acted like I was not going to pay kept saying mam mam and I told her I will be right back. After payment she still was rude didn't even go over the visit or the paperwork. I admit yes I did say as walking out the door she was rude as crap but this is the first time I have had a bad experience there. This person needs to work on her customer service skills for sure. But I will still be back”

“I adore both of the doctors that work at this establishment. The most recent adventure? Removing a polyp that was obstructing Jones’ airways. Very well priced, caring staff, and you can tell they love their patients. I would include a picture of the polyp but that may be seen as gross. Just know he was a very snotty, wheezy boy and while high as a kite - he is no longer making that wheezy snort sound.”

“Dr. Newman was the best bet around and we really miss him. But RAH continues with the best pet care in the NVR. Our dog is very nervous about vet visits but the are kind and keep him calm. He has even become a fan of visiting Karen at the puppy hotel (boarding) when we can't take him on trips with us.”

“We had such a wonderful experience with Town & Country Veterinary Clinic during an incredibly difficult time with our dog, Ellie. Dr. Nick and Kaitlyn were absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. They took the time to help us figure out what was going on with Ellie, and when we ultimately learned that she had a fatal condition and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go, they treated both Ellie and our family with so much compassion, kindness, and understanding. The clinic itself is also such a beautiful, welcoming environment. The rooms are comfortable and homey rather than feeling like a typical veterinary clinic, and everything is clean and inviting. Even the clinic smells nice! Every staff member we encountered was friendly, kind, and caring. Losing Ellie was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to go through, but we are so thankful that she was cared for by people who genuinely seemed to care about her and about what our family was going through. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Nick, Kaitlyn, and everyone at Town & Country for the care and compassion they showed us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary clinic where you and your pets will truly be treated with kindness and care.”
