Both Harrison and Damian
Exemplify customer service. Both have gone above and beyond any expectations. I am new to AT&T, I wish I had made the switch long ago...had I known the caliber of employees I would have the pleasure of dealing with I would have jumped off the Verizon smoke and mirrors show long ago. Very happy since making the move (I was with the other provider over 20 years) and that started at the retail level with Harrison and Damian leaving a very positive impression of AT& T.

This is a great place to go. Got helped as soon as I went in to the store within a few seconds. Harrison was very good at what he does and further helped me resolve an issue that I’m having with another carrier. I will be doing business with this place because of this person being so helpful. Wish places had more people like him!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I've been a FirstNet customer over 3 years & my account has always been very secure. TWICE in 1 month people on my account were able to walk into this store & upgrade devices, renew contracts, add lines & devices WITHOUT authorization. I received emails the 2nd time & was able to make it to the store while the person on my account was still there who DID NOT have permission to make any changes & confront them & the employees. The 2 young punks working were laughing like it was a joke & gave me 2 fake names when I said I'd be contacting corporate & my attorney. They had no idea who was responsible for the account & they didn't care! It took 10 minutes for the guy doing the transactions to even tell me the name of the account. How dare these punks just hand out THOUSANDS of dollars to people that I'M responsible for & laugh about it. This will turn into a legal issue as I did not agree to or authorize anything! & to be given fake names - SHAME on them & SHAME on AT&T for allowing this to happen! You can give me fake names but I bet you don't give the cops fake names when they come for you!

Worst customer service I have ever had from an AT&T store, a horrible odor, and loud banging noises from the gym next door! Not a nice greeting, asking to see the new phones or hear about them was like pulling teeth. It was two sure sales and we walked out the door…

I came there with my kiddo and immediately when we walked in the two men working were extremely helpful. I can’t remember their name but younger boys. Was patient, kind, super helpful and on top of things. They made jokes and conversation with my daughter and had an overall great experience.
