I think they need to teach some of their reps better customer service. Came in Sunday (11/13/23) around noon. The worker was helping 2 couples, had another guy waiting and 2 more people came in while I was waiting. I understand being busy my wife and I own a mental health and substance abuse clinic but to not greet anyone coming in at all is not good customer service. A simple acknowledgment and letting people know you will be right with them goes a long way. Then he was down talking other employees to a customer. That is not professional at all. I did not catch his name but he was very mono tone guy with glasses. Waited about 20 min and it was very awkward especially listening to him down talk other employees so I left and drove 40 minutes away to Christiansburg to pay off my old phone and get a new one. I will not be returning to this AT&T location.

I updated my phone and it changed the notification settings and I couldn't figure out how to turn setting back on but Anna who works the electric road store fixed it in minutes.

I came here today on May 4,2023, saddened that I was having trouble with my phone. Annah helped me with my phone it was a 2 hour headache, but she did it. She was amazing, very knowledgeable on what she was doing very determined to fix my phone she went far and beyond. I'm glad I came here. Very pleased. I highly recommend this place.

I was sold a plan with two “free” iPhones if I turned in my old ones. The employee apparently stole them and now a year and a half later, I’m still being charged every month for my “free” phones. The manager will not make this right even though she admits that the employee stole them because he stole others. Essentially, this AT&T store has stolen $1600 from me.

Excellent service talking through different plan details and device features, getting device setup and screen protector installed, and finalizing account. Associate and manager both friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this location for anyone starting a new plan or making changes to their existing one.

I'm beyond frustrated several months ago on several occasions I went into this retail location to get assistance with pop up ads taking control of my every aspect of phone service sometimes they would mess with it and advise this should take care of but the deal breaker was when the manager said u should have never bought a galaxy android, apple phones don't have that problem, I responded why didn't u all let me know that at the time of purchase she said u didn't ask, I've always had android phones and never until I selected service with AT&T did I experience such poor customer service and phone issues!
