I went to the AutoZone on Melrose avenue after ordering windshield wiper blades online went all the way to the AutoZone on Melrose Ave in Roanoke. Virginia. Online said right fit and of course they weren't.

The manager Truella is very rude to her employee. She was literally screaming at an employee in the font at the register about the shirt he was wearing which looked like everyone else’s. I felt sorry for this guy. She was very inappropriate and I am quite disgusted.

I had an excellent experience at the Roanoke Melrose store. Triella, the manager gave one on one customer service, was kind and patient, and provided education on the items purchased. Will be visiting the store for all my automotive needs!

Over all my experience has been good/ okay. Today was an awful experience. The long faced black man that is working alone this morning has a horrible attitude and had the nerve to one leave me standing outside the door at 7:30 he did not open the door until 5 mins later (" stating he will not open the door until he is done with his work when he is alone") two this man also yells at me while someone else was in the store (a witness to his horrible service) about how he could not come outside to do a service check for my car because " they told him he could not go outside if he was the only one at work". I explained to him I was recently helped by him (two weeks ago) and this was not policy. This was a horrible experience.
