Place used to have really good items but recently the stocks of things have been lower. No selection of DVDs and Blu-rays like before.

Car audio install was Amazing! Blaise Is so professional and does not try to up sale you like other Car Audio shops in Roanoke. I won't take my Car any where else! I'll add photos as soon as the work is complete! FYI: to management, Blaise deserves am raise and promotion!!! He's that good!

They need more help! I looked up my item, googled my questions & compared products before we found someone to help us. Best Buy should let customers know that this is a full self serve store.
