“We couldn’t be happier with the kind, prompt, and professional customer service that we received at the Towers Verizon Wireless Zone. If you want to navigate the digital device world seamlessly and with ease, ask for Hunter Hanes. We purchased an Apple Watch and an IPhone 17.”

“Wide selection of games, consoles, TVs, laptops, Tablets, etc... etc... etc. Store is well laid out, staff are knowledgeable and easy to work with, and prices are reasonable. I wouldn't say come here if you're looking for the lowest price, but if you're aiming to find high quality retro gaming then this place is worth a stop!”

“It happens that Anna & Vincent are super smart and very professional. My phone number wasn't registered in the network properly, and because of that, some people couldn't reach me over the phone, and even technician support couldn't understand what is going on. But these guys figure it out as soon as they look at my account and was able to fix it within fifteen minutes. Respect 😎👍”

“ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL Listen, this gentleman came out FROM HIS HOUSE to the shop to help me get my phone screen replaced. His brother had already left for the day (it was later in the day, so it is understandable) and I called. Absolutely one of the most kind people, expedient work with quality. The world could use more folks like him in it. Also it was inexpensive with exceptional quality. I would rate it 10/10 if I could”

“I wanted to switch my family plan from AT&T and by chance went into the Tmobile store on Electric Road in Roanoke. Kevin, the manager there, was very helpful and patient with me, a senior citizen. He practically did all the work of getting the phones paid off and got me a reimbursement for what was owed from Tmobile. Also he told me to come back if I had questions about the bill, which I did today. He is going to make sure I get the discount for my new phone. I highly recommend Kevin and his store!”

“The Starbucks crew was amazing. I was searching for a new sugar free option being they discontinued the sugar free cinnamon syrup. All that's left is the vanilla. With that being said, I wanted to try out some hacks found online and they were very happy to oblige and let me try out some suggestions. The first was a disaster but they made me something else that was much better. I left satisfied and with an idea of what to order the next time. I appreciate their patience and help. I actually went in for a cable and the electronics department employees were very helpful and friendly. They were helping out a group of seniors get familiar with their new phones and it was such a nice surprise to see how patient and helpful they were. The only criticism I had is the crazy one way in and out the parking lot. It was my first time here so I had to drive around circles to get out. I also learned that the online prices are better than in the store and they price match. Thumbs up!”

“Good club retail where you can find most of your favorite brands at bulk discount prices verses Walmart. Usually very busy and hard to check out in the lines. Scan and go on the Sam’s Club App is a faster method and lets you check out and leave faster. Cafe is now only order through app which is convenient but difficult if you are relying on a phone device. Good location. Parking can be hard to get a close spot though. Overall a good experience.”

“Young man was extremely helpful even though he had a previous appointment come in that day. Unfortunately his two coworkers weren't able to help ( they said they were helping other customers on order ) but later we overhead female saying she was doing her homework. She sat on bench using tablet while other male seemed to be cleaning out drawer.”
