The Verizon owned store at Valley View is a nightmare - over an hour wait, in the midst of the pandemic unvaccinated staff not wearing masks, mistakes in programming my phone (I had to come back) & upsetting all the time. The Orange avenue store listens to my needs including what I want to spend & even took care of ordering a new cell Helmut for me. The staff is friendly, helpful & I will continue to give them my business.”

He was honest and helpful, earned my trust quickly, and was efficient. “This store saved me from having to move my service to another company. After visiting another location I am surprised that one hasn't run off many customers. They were too busy on the phone, and never even brought up my account on the computer. Kept talking on her ear buds on the phone and told me I only had 1 option for my upgrade. She Did not want to help at all. Total disrespect. The 9th Street store..this store was a total opposite. Very nice, helpful, and did more than the bare minimum. Went out of his way for me. The first thing he did was pull up my account btw. Showed me many options as well and was very honest. If you are wanting to go to Metro PCS ( I can't get a better plan for 2 of us) do not go anywhere but this location on 9th Street SE.”
“The Starbucks crew was amazing. I was searching for a new sugar free option being they discontinued the sugar free cinnamon syrup. All that's left is the vanilla. With that being said, I wanted to try out some hacks found online and they were very happy to oblige and let me try out some suggestions. The first was a disaster but they made me something else that was much better. I left satisfied and with an idea of what to order the next time. I appreciate their patience and help. I actually went in for a cable and the electronics department employees were very helpful and friendly. They were helping out a group of seniors get familiar with their new phones and it was such a nice surprise to see how patient and helpful they were. The only criticism I had is the crazy one way in and out the parking lot. It was my first time here so I had to drive around circles to get out. I also learned that the online prices are better than in the store and they price match. Thumbs up!”

“Boost has the best prices on replacement phones in the area. I've been with a ton of other providers, but I go through 3+ phones a year (I work a physical labor job). I suppose I could always go the "phone insurance" route, but even then they only replace your phone so much. I would much rather buy a cheap 40.00 replacement smart phone that'll last me until I crack the screen or drown it with water then have to fork out 180.00 for the cheapest new phone if I was with another group (cough cough TMobile)”

“So I had come to TMobile about a month maybe 2 ago from Verizon and the two young men that were in the store I believe they were the manager and assistant manager respectively and boy did they give me and my family the best customer service we have ever received in any business in my 60 some years of life.
