The absolute worst. Made an appointment online to have the battery replaced on my phone. Drove an hour to the store only to be told that their techs don't work on the phone. I had to put the details of my phone in the appointment request. Why did they accept the appointment? Waste of time.

Ordered online for pick up that day…took 24 hours to prepare the order and still no order ready. I went in, cancelled the order and then tried to search for an associate to sell me a MacBook. No one to be found. Asked 3 different workers, no one could sell. Only warehouse or shelf stackers.
After 25 minutes in the store, I lined up, and got what I needed. Awful experience and I wasn’t the only one who thought that.

Place used to have really good items but recently the stocks of things have been lower. No selection of DVDs and Blu-rays like before.

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a TV at the end of May and was put on schedule for delivery on June 6th between 2-6. Took afternoon off work to be present. Received a phone call at 9:00 that night that they would not be delivering and would reach out Saturday morning. No communication that evening or Saturday morning. We reached out to the customer service delivery department with the issues and their response was the next available delivery date was June 18th. No where close to being acceptable nor did they make ANY effort to clear up this issue. We are canceling this order and will NEVER set foot in or do business with Best Buy again. One of the worst customer experiences ever.

Car audio install was Amazing! Blaise Is so professional and does not try to up sale you like other Car Audio shops in Roanoke. I won't take my Car any where else! I'll add photos as soon as the work is complete! FYI: to management, Blaise deserves am raise and promotion!!! He's that good!

If you know what you need the prices are OK if you need it now. If you don't know what you need they don't either. They will pretend but the less knowledgeable you are the more likely you are to be led astray.
