“My repairs started with an employee that is no longer with the company. Little communication happened for over a month, and not getting return calls. I finally heard from Jay who informed me the original person was no longer with them. Jay unfortunately inherited the mess the other employee caused and also inherited my frustration and me losing my cool which I don't normally do. Jay was patient and understanding the entire time when he would have had every right to hang up on me or be rude to me. If Jay had not taken over my repairs, I could have been given back an unsafe vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle and apologized, Jay was still nothing but pleasant and even made jokes. I'm very thankful my vehicle ended up in the right hands and everything this place did for me.”

“I have worked with a lot of auto body repair shops but was referred to Sandrof Roanoke for a specific paint issue. Easily the best interaction I've ever had. My car situation was hopeless outside of a major repair. But Justin immediately began figuring out ways to remedy the issue and magically did so faster than I could imagine. “Had to have my motorhome towed and Excel Truck Group was really great. Zoe (the service manager) was easy to work with and provided excellent customer service. Excel got right to work on my motorhome, found the issues, fixed them and got me back on the road. Even plugged it up for me to keep my batteries charged. That's what I call going above and beyond!”

I was dreading car shopping and figured we'd get stuck paying too much for a car we didn't really want because we needed something that same day. Aaron and the finance team went out of their way to get us in a great vehicle we absolutely love with an amazing deal too! I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. “I’ve had the unfortunate experience of being in 3 different accidents over the last 2 years- hitting 2 deer and getting run off the road avoiding a head on collision. The first time I hit a deer and my car was towed to this shop, I was certain it was totalled. I walked into Hannabass & Rowe Express apprehensive and, if I'm honest, with an attitude. I assumed I was bound to get ripped off by my insurance, my car would never be fully fixed, the process would take forever, and the whole thing would be a nightmare.
I don't generally admit when I’m wrong… but I was!
I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and service at Hannabass & Rowe Express. Sandy, the front desk receptionist, is an absolute joy to talk to and always on top of her schedule and got me in as soon as she could. Ben has consistently gone above and beyond in taking the time to explain what to expect, walking me through the repair process, and providing honest, straightforward quotes.
And to the thorough and experienced mechanics who worked on my car whose names I unfortunately do not know- you guys are wizards. The repairs involved sorcery and/or the bending of space and time. They must be like casting spells or doing some sort of forbidden science in the garage because my car is cursed and was extremely broken and they've miraculously fixed it every time, without any issues, very fast, somehow???
Hopefully this streak of bad luck with my car is over, but if something else does happen, I know Hannabass & Rowe Express will take care of it.
