“I've waited a few months after they completed the work before reviewing to make sure everything has stayed in good shape.We hit a deer back in Jan and a friend of a friend recommended that I call Ben at Hannabass & Rowe. Every body shop, including H&R, was backed up for at least two months. Anyway, the deer wiped out the right headlight assembly, grill, condenser, horn, etc. Once they got the car, H&R took about three weeks to evaluate, order parts, fix, paint, and deal with insurance. “Got in contact with Dujuan and Randy online last week to inquire about a Raptor they had for sale, offered them a trade in and sight unseen they estimated a fairly accurate trade value which was confirmed after they inspected it in person. They didn't try to hide anything, had the truck ready, washed, and waxed out front and had me driving home in it the same day. If I plan to buy another vehicle, it will definitely be through them.”

I was running late after work dropping of my rental, I called to tell them I wouldn't make it it time to pick up my car before they closed- they were kind enough to wait so I would be able to have a car to drive home that day! When I picked up my car, it was in pristine condition, cleaned inside and out. The previous damage was fixed to unnoticeable condition, even buffed out some scratches that were not from the accident! “My husband had to take in his 2006 for Mustang for some body work due to a hit & run in his parking lot while at work. They had his car for almost a month which is normal for a collision shop. The body work they did was replace his front left fender plus a new headlight assembly. They painted the fender to match. I was really impressed by the work & they also detailed the car inside & out. Very recommended”

“Ford Has Won Me Back!(see Ethan in the service department)I purchased my very first new vehicle from a Ford dealership in northern Virginia - one of the proudest moments of my life honestly. After the first 12 months, recalls started popping up, and the dealership would schedule my appointments, then not perform the service, THEN mark it complete in the system... They would talk me in circles on the phone, meanwhile my brand new Explorer (2020 with ~20k miles) is running like it was built in the 90s... this went on for just over 8 months and never got resolved by them.... Hopefully someone can relate, unfortunately you understand how irritated I was and done with Ford... or so I thought.Fast forward to me needing to move to southern Virginia for work, I booked an appointment with Magic City and get this:- they actually listened to my problems- they cared about how much this vehicle means to me- they got me in in a timely manner- they actually know their recall techs and were able to give me an accurate timeline- during my vehicle's stay, they called me with a status update DAILY(shoutout to Ethan! go to him for great service!)- they returned my vehicle AHEAD OF SCHEDULE in "like new" condition, and all of the issues were actually resolvedI am very happy with Magic City Ford and plan on using them for as long as I live in the area. An automobile is a big investment, and Magic City doesn't take that for granted.”
