Botetourt Self Storage is a very nice, super clean, and well-maintained place. It is described as awesome, safe, and tucked away, with cameras and passcode access. The staff is extremely nice and top of the line, with a fantastic and accommodating manager. It offers competitive prices and 24-hour access, with someone on-site during the day. A key bonus is the availability of a truck with a lift for customer use. The facility serves multiple surrounding Virginia communities and is located on Arrington Lane. Customers highly recommend renting there.
Nice place for storing your vehicle only complain I have is if you got to go to the bathroom while you're there it's locked and you can't use it I don't understand why that is and the price is gone up quite a bit not real happy about that party either there's no Staffing there to assist you if you do need

It is a nice, clean location. We use it to store items for a nonprofit organization. We've experienced good service.
