“AMAZING group moved us from VA to FL. Jorge was the leader of the 4BL that moved us. The workers faced horrible conditions--nothing they had any control over ie: truck got stuck on our pipestem, weather was hottest day of the year, had a massive walk down the pipestem with our heavy belongings for awhile until another truck was brought in, stayed until 11:30 pm to finish. Not a single bad attitude among them--from start to finish! At 11:30 pm they were as friendly, helpful and as strong as they were at 9 am! Amazing. (I suspect they were actually Super Hero's in disguise.) Must also mention they communicated well with us throughout, price was set right and very pleasant to deal with---I had to change our move dates 2x's and it was no problem. Can't recommend enough!”

“If you're really cool about it you could sneak your dog in there and give them enough water and food and go on vacation without spending the money to put them in a proper kennel make sure you put a food only muzzle on your dog so he can't bark. “Star City helped me when I was in a tight spot. My previous facility that I tried to use had set my reservations up for the State of Fla. and it was a mess. Luckily Star City has there 24/7 customer service bc it truly came in at the perfect time, after all other company’s were closed, they were able to still get me a unit and was able to check into it right then and my new lock was waiting in the unit for me. I was very pleased with their services and facilities.”

“I started renting a space at the peters creek location a couple of months ago and meant to write a review. I was helped by two women, the owner or manager I believe, and a new employee in training, who were incredibly helpful. I have never rented a space before and they walked me through the entire process with patience, as I had a lot of questions. A few days after being assigned a space I realized that there was a leak in mine and they immediately switched me to a new space with no hassle at all. The workers here had a very positive energy and strong work ethic. I feel confident in the Public Storage location that I chose and highly recommend renting here!”

“I used to pay $18 for three packs of peanuts a month ago and now the price is $26. Wow! I understand inflation but goodness gracious that's a huge spike in price. Friendly service and quick most of the time. The only thing I wish is that they would handle the parking lot a little better. You've got random vehicles parked in various places, making it difficult to either pull in or park or pull out or all of the above.”
