“This facility checks all the boxes. Climate controlled, clean, well lit, adequately wide hall ways with room to turn the corners when using the carts, excellent customer service and good location. I have used other facilities (out of state) and found that they did not measure up to V.V. I could not be more pleased with this facility or the service. Footnote: Virginia Varsity movers do a good job as well. The crews I have worked with take care of both the furniture and the residence. I would not hesitate one minute to use VV for storage or for a move.”
“Nice place for storing your vehicle only complain I have is if you got to go to the bathroom while you're there it's locked and you can't use it I don't understand why that is and the price is gone up quite a bit not real happy about that party either there's no Staffing there to assist you if you do need”

“By far the best storage unit facility I've ever dealt with. The place is always pristine clean, very secure, and is very well managed. The manager there runs a tight ship! We had our stuff in three separate units for over 18 months and I was scared that somehow moisture, bugs, etc. had gotten into the unit, but nope everything was perfect. Highly recommend.”

“If you're really cool about it you could sneak your dog in there and give them enough water and food and go on vacation without spending the money to put them in a proper kennel make sure you put a food only muzzle on your dog so he can't bark. And if you believe that I have some swampland in Florida I would like to sell you the management here is outstanding, I was joking about our dog, who #sed your review can't be funny?”

“This location, staff is just most fun. I fought with the words to say for a good month now .. I had made many calls to get this set up for renting space, but going there directly made it all worth while. “Yesterday, I reserved a 5x5 unit and headed over to the facility to unload my car. I pulled up to the office and before I even got out of my car, a gentleman approached me. He let me know that the office there was actually closed because the computers were down. He works there, it was his day off, but he had agreed to meet another client there because they couldn’t get into the storage part of the building. He asked me to go to the other location on Franklin Road, just a mile further down the street. They would be able to complete my registration and set me up with a unit at his location. So I did that. At the 2nd location, I was greeted by another gentleman, Bernard. It took a few minutes, but he was able to get me set up and I returned to the 1st location. The same gentleman from before, whose name is Stephen, was inside the building and directed me to my own unit, which was waaayyy at the other end. I found it, only to realize that there was already a padlock on it. I went back to my car and found Stephen in his car, just as he was about to head out. I explained my situation to him and he graciously got out, went back inside to get the master key, and as I was driving to the entrance closest to my unit, he walked all the way back to my unit to unlock it and set me up with a different lock and keys.
All this to say that Stephen was my hero that day, and Bernard was first runner up! Outstanding customer service from both of them!”
