This place has everything, but I wouldn’t know because it’s so secure. The 24 hour cams and a beagle named Snoopy to ensure my Mitt Romney PEZ dispenser collection is safe. Highly recommend this place.

Showed up ready to rent a place and no one ever came out even though they said they were open someone was talking to me through a tiny camera speaker and I'm hard of hearing so it was a very cold introduction to the storage facility once I got online it wasn't easy and I was surprised by the $20 administrative fee and insurance requirement the unit had some damage to the ceiling but otherwise it was clean and I'm happy to have a place to keep my stuff

Great place to store your stuff. I've rented three storage units here. The prices are competitive. It has 24-hour access. During the day, there is someone on-site if you need anything.The manager, Chris, is fantastic!Bonus! If you rent here, they have a truck you can use with a lift on the back, which I used several times. That covers your monthly storage rent if you had to rent one.See Chris, and tell him Blase sent you.

This place is awesome! I rented from here for 2 years. The place is well maintained with excellence and the staff is top of the line!! Highly recommend renting here. It is tucked away but safe!

Super clean and safe storage. Passcode needed on entry after 5PM, cameras all around. Safest storage I've ever had! Added bonus; the people are extremely nice.Maximum Stars!

Needed a place fast and they were a location that was near my apartment.Chris was accommodating and I was able to use the truck to make it in a trip.While it has been a good while since I have needed a storage space I appreciate the help I received from the BOTETOURT STORAGE facility.

Nice guy and plenty if room at the facility. Usually these self storage places are so tight to get in and out of with a trailer, not the case here.

This is a business that is very reliable with a manager that is very respectable. I rented a unit for my daughter while she was finishing college. She graduated and now lives in Washington DC. She had emptied out the unit right before Christmas on December 23rd when she came home for Christmas and I forgot to call to cancel the unit out. I went to the storage office in the middle of January and spoke to Chris Cheatwood (Manager) to finally cancel the unit and close the account. I was totally expecting and ready to pay January since it was in the middle of the month and he was unable to find me in the computer. We had fun looking it up because at first we thought I was in the wrong place but come to find out, he was walking the property and saw that the unit had been emptied out and automatically closed out the account. He stated that if a unit is emptied out, he automatically closes the account so the client doesn’t get charged an extra month. They can always open it back up.
