I told him about my celebration plans for that evening he made some great recommendations. Ended up getting to New York steaks that were beautifully marbled! He even hooked it up with some made in-house compound butter. I salted my steaks that morning and cooked them that night and the crust on them was insanely beautiful! Steaks were super delicious and the compound butter was magnificent. Definitely will come back for specialty cuts in the near future!”
