My family and guests raved about the NY strip steaks we bought from here - some said the best they ever had. The salmon was also amazing. We will go back! Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Great selection of meats. Everything is prepped and made in house. I got a little sample of each of the meats and sausage they make for a lunch snack it was delicious! Can't wait for them to start up their classes in the new year.

Purchased pate, sausages and pork chops(bone in). Pate with pistachios excellent. Made grits and poached eggs with sausage this morning,excellent. Will be back for sure. Have been looking forward to a real butcher shop in roanoke for some time. These folks are the real thing. Rest assured.
