Always a friendly and efficient experience at Carter Bank for over ten years with the tellers and and with CD management. Today Kaleigh Loyd was quite helpful in printing out some paper checks I needed. And there was no charge!

We've always had good experiences here. Today, I had to correct an issue with my online account that I was sure I'd need to make a appointment for. Janice helped me over the phone and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service!
