I cannot tell you what this family means to me! Six months ago I found out my aunt who lives in Roanoke was in the hospital.. fast-forward I am now her healthcare power attorney and live three hours away. That said I have been to Roanoke many many times (always staying here) and your staff at Marriott makes me feel like I am family! They greet me with smiles and are always so compassionate and ask about my aunt every visit. They go over and beyond and make sure my room is close to the elevator, having the fire pit lit, telling me about long term care facilities in the area that I should research, knowing how I like my coffee, or having beers ready for me with a smile on their face when I walk up to the bar. They really make my stressful trips so much more bearable when I get back to my safe place because of their love and compassion! Thank you - you know who you are! I pray for you too!

Great staff and easy highway access! Stayed for a quick night when in town for business. Hotel has some older touches with new lipstick but overall well kept and clean for my needs!

Wonderful hotel! The location is perfect and the rooms are big and clean! Josh the AGM delivered excellent customer service and we appreciate the hospitality. We travel the country try and have stayed in many hotels and this was one of the best. Thank you!

Traveling from South Carolina for work, stayed at Courtyard for a night. The room was nice, neat and clean. The bed was so hard though. It was like sleeping on cement. The toilet was wobbly, and it took forever for the water to get hot in the shower/sink. Overall, it was a great stay, just wish they had continental breakfast.

Just checked in after a long drive. Very disappointed. Not the usual Marriott experience. Front desk was efficient but cold. Will not be using this Courtyard or this location ever again

In town for my cousin funeral and decided to get quick drink before services. Upon entering bar area I had the pleasure of meeting Bill. He was awesome and makes one of the BEST espresso martinis I've ever had... THANK YOU BILL!!! If your ever staying this property be sure stop by bar and say hi to Bill.

The front desk and restaurant employees were great! The bathroom still had hair on the base of the toilet and shower walls. The hot tub only seats 4. While the fireplace was built for beauty, humans were lazy and left their cigarette butt's in it instead of walking 5 feet to the clearly marked ash tray. There was no lotion in the room, but the other toiletries were present.
