While one customer used to love this location, they feel it has become too busy, with delays in prescription fulfillment. However, another customer had a positive experience getting their flu and COVID-19 shots, with the process being quick and painless. Despite some negative experiences, a supervisor named John and the helpful, kind staff at another location were highlighted for providing excellent customer service and assisting with prescription needs.
A store of two extremes - one extreme being where you're being stared down at every turn because they suspect every human of being a shoplifter, or the other extreme that I experienced last Sunday morning of going in right after opening time, and there wasn't a staff person *anywhere*. Very creepy.
