Most of the time, I'm not impressed with CVS stores. However, this one is excellent in all areas of service. I highly recommend them.

The pharmacy staff is fantastic. The one pharmacy tech whose name starts with an M (my brain can’t recall the full name) tried multiple times to get my scripts through and tried to offer me many solutions. I was so surprised that even though they were busy she acted like I was the priority and was very nice at the same time. I listened to another tech with colored hair be super kind to other customers at the drive through too.
There also was a lady here at check out that had a lot of passion for the clothes. She was funny and remembered people. That’s always nice.
The store though could use a bit of an update. It has a general tired and dirty feeling.

There are several CVS locations in the Roanoke Virginia area. 2 closer to my home actually. But I prefer this CVS. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I went today to get my mom’s medication for her blood pressure and they wouldn’t give it to me because they said it was after hours but it was only 3pm they didn’t close till 6. We will be moving to a different cvs for now on so we will never be back at this one again.

I wish I could give this pharmacy -1 star. That pharmacy manager Tammy so damn rude. I don’t see how CVS has somebody who’s so unprofessional in a management role.

This place has really went downhill. The staff are almost nonexistent when you go in there to get something they shout at you to use the self checkout and there’s no one there to help. I’m calling them now because my job I work at suggests we use CVS to get more discounts on prescriptions but I’ve been on hold right now for 35 minutes. I’m going back to Walgreens. I might have to pay a few extra dollars but at least I get some kind of service there.

In recent 2 months in my best estimation the store is more clean , organized , better stocked, Jarrett is very helpful and knowledgeable. He handles the locals with honor and respect. We live in a neighborhood of people who are not so easy to get along with. You can tell he takes pride in representing the CVS family and its customers.

Nagham and Jared up front are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Also, pharmacist Brandon is extremely helpful, he is very attentive and always willing to help. I love going to this CVS because of them.

How do you close down a pharmacy when you have patients waiting on their medications to be pick up. With out calling the patient informing them your closing early due to the pharmacist not showing up for work? The nice thing would have been calling the patient to inform. And no it can't be picked up from another store due to being already in process at the original store. Very inconvenient!

Honestly I wish I could also give them 0 stars. They are extremely rude and they hung up on me when I tried to check up on my prescription. This location has gone downhill significantly and it often takes them 30 minutes to service 5 people. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.
