Doug the Plumbing Pro has earned a reputation for fast, reliable, and professional plumbing service throughout Roanoke. Customers repeatedly praise the company for its quick response times, often securing appointments within a day or two of calling. The plumbers are consistently described as skilled, professional, and friendly, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all questions. The team handles a wide range of issues, from clearing blocked pipes and rodding clogged drains to repairing kitchen leaks and replacing old water heaters. One customer was impressed when a plumber worked tirelessly to clear a pipe blocked with tree roots and even returned a month later to ensure everything was still flowing smoothly. Another highlighted a plumber who fixed a leak, tightened a loose handle, and shared helpful tips. The plumbers are also noted for their careful and respectful work, especially when customers are working from home, and they always clean up completely after the job is done. Customers appreciate the fair pricing and the extra touches, like email and text updates about arrival times and clear explanations of warranties. In one memorable case, a plumber even managed to safely retrieve a diamond earring from a garbage disposal. The entire team, from the friendly phone staff to the skilled plumbers, makes the experience easy and stress-free, leading many to say they will definitely call Doug the Plumbing Pro again for any plumbing needs.
