“Julia and Josh are amazing! They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping us in picking our new mattress and we’re a pleasure to do business with. 10/10 would return next time I need another mattress.”
“The salesman, Billy, was very helpful about the mattress toppers and we saw samples/touched them. He also showed us a base for our mattress which could help with back/hip pain. No pressure to buy, I like that kind of salesman.”

“I was going to order online, but I wasn't quite sure if they would get the order. I called and spoke to Robert. He was so friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and gave me a suggestion on the mattress I was getting. If you need any mattresses and/ or frames, I would recommend that you go visit Robert at Mattress Firm on Electric Road in Roanoke.”
“My wife and I went to Mattress Warehouse today (6/27). I didn't read the reviews before going, we only went because there seemed to be a good sale ongoing for the 4th of July. When we got there Tim met us at the door. Now that I'm making a review I see all the other reviews on Tim and the other reviews are all true. Professional, approachable and not pushy. He gives you the time you need to make up your own decision. You let him know what you want and he delivers. A mattress isn't something you buy everyday, but when you do need one, this is the place to go. Ask for Tim.”
“Most mattresses made my lower back hurt, so I started researching mattress types. ChatGPT led me to consider a latex mattress and suggested I check Sleep Essentials. I walked into the Roanoke store and Lee told me all about how the mattresses are made while I lay on each mattress trying out my two favorites for about 20 min. It felt good lying on those mattresses and I finally decided this was my mattress. Lee’s son and another young man delivered it the next evening. They took my old mattress away and answered all my questions while they put it together perfectly. I have had it for two days and already my back doesn’t hurt!! At all!!! These mattresses aren’t cheap but I think it will be well worth it. At my age, I probably will never need another mattress (60+).”
“I’ve called this plumbing company in Roanoke three different times, and every visit has been great. The plumbers are skilled and really know what they’re doing. I had a pipe that was blocked up with tree roots, but Emmanuel kept working at it until he cleared the line. He even came back a month later to make sure everything was still flowing smoothly and finished the job so the pipe was completely open. When my drain got clogged, he rodded that one too and got it working right away. Emmanuel is always professional, friendly, and explains everything clearly. He’s polite and makes sure to answer all my questions. The company is quick to respond, and I always get an appointment within a day or two. I’m really grateful for their fast and reliable service—they’ve made my life so much easier.”
“Mike has assisted with my purchases twice. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I loved that he provided multiple price point options. If you are looking to work with a salesperson who is not pushy, ask for Mike!”
“I had a friend tell me about this place. I couldn't believe how much stuff they have. And they have EVERYTHING you need to furnish a home. We found a couch and a whole bedroom set for a reasonable discount price. Now that I know about this place I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
“Extremely helpful sales team. It never feels pushy. They genuinely feel like they want you to leave with something that you will be happy with for a long time. Lots of great options for any customer”
“Delivered here last week or so, was sure I left a review but it’s not showing, so I guess not. They go by appointment but will work you in early if possible. Very limited parking overnight. I parked next to the rails towards the back. Had a 1pm delivery. Checked in at 0700, got a door before 0800, empty before 0900. Thank you.”
“Super great experience! Worked with a lovely gentleman who was super knowledgeable and took my “soft but firm” and found me the mattress! 10/10 would recommend”
“Brad was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very detailed and explained how Sleep Number worked and evaluated how Sleep Number would benefit my husband and I.”
