Joe, one of the supervisors, went above and beyond to facilitate a delivery on time when an issue outside of their control came up. Very pleased with the level of service.

Had two separate home deliveries completed by Estes. Drivers called in advance. Crates were undamaged. Boxes were not dented. Drivers were nothing short of outstanding! Items placed perfectly in staging area. Had me examing crates/boxes before having me sign. This is true professionalism.
