Finish Line in Virginia is highly praised for its knowledgeable manager and helpful staff. Customers appreciate the staff’s customer service, as they take time to ask questions and ensure proper fit. The store is not usually busy, making it easy to get assistance. One reviewer highlighted a positive experience with a saleswoman who provided excellent service for basketball shoes. However, one customer experienced sizing issues and returned two pairs, but overall, the store is recommended for its friendly staff and good service.
Went in on 4/8/26 and was presented with such great customer service. Royce went above and beyond, was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and had a great sense of humor. Thanks Royce for being you.
