Browsing the mall Looking for my son some new tennis shoes we were ungreeted and unapproached. Had to take the shoes he picked to an employee to check if size was available. We were the only ones in there. This is why I shop online

Went to finish line for the Jordan Legacy Low was informed they didn’t have my size but could order a pair and I could pick them up from the store in 3-5 days. Paid for the shoes and the manager (Bart) says he would call and shoot me an email. 10 days later no call, no email, or anything. I contact the store and they direct me to call customer service saying they couldn’t do anything. Called customer service, day 1 and I’m on hold one hour and 47 mins. Day 2 call customer service and I’m on hold 52 mins. Day 3 call customer service and I’m on hold 1 hour 52 mins. After screen shot the call hold times, because like normal people I have things to do. I contact the store and they tell me they can not track my shoes. Finally I do get through to customer service and they tell me now I can not get the shoes in that size. Finish Line has the worse customer service and their policy or system is a big fail. The cashier put the wrong address in on the order, and the post office said they delivered the shoes. Now I’m without the shoes and my money!!!! Do not buy shoes from Finish Line!!! This is how they treat their customers. No one took accountability!!! Not one single finish line employee called or emailed me an apology or explanation. Currently I’m sitting on hold for over another hour on their customer service line. No shoes No refund Shame on finish line!!!! I wish I could give them zero stars!!!!

My daughter needed basketball shoes. The saleswoman that helped us is the model of customer service. She asked questions and took the time to type different sizes to make sure the fit was good. We are now a forever customer.
