Absolutely the worst bank possible the lady’s are disrespectful. Very rude not very welcoming to the customers. They laughed in my face because there was an issue with a customers check.

I've been banking with first citizens for a long time. They are just ok. They don't go above and beyond to help but they are also there when you do have a problem.
