The Goodwill Store and Donation Center is a smaller, well-organized secondhand shop. It is known for having a great selection of clothing, home goods, and art, with a particularly good amount of frames. The stock for items like furniture and books can be hit and miss, though gems are often found. The store offers color of the week deals. The staff is frequently described as incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly, providing great customer service with an upbeat attitude that makes customers feel appreciated. A common complaint is that the fitting rooms are permanently closed due to shoplifting, which makes buying clothes difficult without trying them on. This policy has disappointed some long-time customers. While most interactions with staff are positive, there have been isolated incidents where customers felt unfairly treated or looked down upon by an associate. Overall, the store supports the mission of Goodwill Industries to empower individuals and strengthen communities through donations and shopping.
Great place to donate items and pick up bargains in decent condition.

I donate frequently and shop frequently. I wish customers could still try on clothes. This new policy limits the items I'm able to buy.I'm also saddened that the policy was put into place because people steal. I wish I could offer a better solution.

My only complaint is that due to shoplifting, the fitting rooms are permanently closed. Hard to buy without trying on first
