The customer service is excellent, and employees are very knowledgeable, super nice, polite, and kind. It is part of the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods family, providing an overall great experience.

    The store is nice. I love their selections and the two staff that typically check me out were very cordial and nice. I understand the reviews about a few of the staff. The manager on my last visit left a poor taste for me. Made me rethink my purchase. And 2 someone else shared a poor experience.

    Roanoke needed a store like Homesense—HomeGoods often sells out of the items I love and has a limited furniture selection. They offer a great selection of larger furniture, lamps and décor at good prices. Their rug selection is awesome
