“Today was a returns trip only. We appreciated the opportunity to return Amazon online purchases, as well as Kohl's online purchases in one location. The return desk is in front of the store and the Kohl's associate Michelle was very helpful.”

“Good club retail where you can find most of your favorite brands at bulk discount prices verses Walmart. Usually very busy and hard to check out in the lines. Scan and go on the Sam’s Club App is a faster method and lets you check out and leave faster. Cafe is now only order through app which is convenient but difficult if you are relying on a phone device. Good location. Parking can be hard to get a close spot though. Overall a good experience.”
“Brand new store. There were hardly no clients though. Had the entire place almost completely to myself. Staff member at the cash register was very friendly and polite and full of joy. Store has big selection. Parking lot almost empty though. Hope people find it.”

“We used to live in Roanoke and this was one of the stores we enjoyed going to and the any bargains you can find. We moved back to PA, and this was our first trip back after several years. Our first stop was Hamricks and it was great to see the deals and merchandise we had enjoyed when we lived here. Wish you had stores further north.”

“Good experience. Store had some stock left in aisles. 2 registers operating when they had a line out of the designated line area, they had to call for more help once the line was 15 people deep. Cashier lady was very nice to me and apologized for the wait”

She was SO welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. She helped me find a beautiful pair of shoes and the perfect bag to pull everything together, and she made the whole experience feel effortless.
If I could hire Nadia as my personal stylist, I absolutely would. She truly has an eye for style and makes you feel confident in what you’re buying. She deserves all the recognition for the amazing work she does. Macy’s is lucky to have her!”

“It's not a bad place to shop. They usually have what I need. One thing is I worked here for about 3 months. It's been about a year since. So many people get rehired after not working there for years. But then I got accused of stealing when I did not. So I got fired (falsely terminated) all because my now ex decided to steal. And they rehire after 6 months of someone being fired but when I move directly across the street they can't rehire me.”

“Wow I thought this place had gone bankrupt!!! I haven't thought about JCPenney for at least 15 years. They've got nice stuff--suit separates, womens wear. Prices online are better. The first time I visited i went in the lower level and it definitely felt like I was in a restricted access area and no one was around. But I've been back a few times and have had good shopping experiences there. I dont even go to Macy's or Belk anymore because I like JCPenney's stuff better. I did an online return to store that went fine.”

“A good shop to get discounted items. Seemed to be more ladies clothing than men's, and most of the items were clothing thus took away one star. The cashier's were friendly but the line also was long with just two people at the counter to check people out. Would be nice if they had a self checkout to speed up checking out items.”
“The Walmart Supercenter offers a wide variety of products at competitive prices, making it convenient for one-stop shopping. The store is generally well-stocked and clean, which is a plus. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the unhelpful staff. When I asked for assistance in finding the shampoo aisle, the employee I approached seemed uninterested and gave vague directions, which did not help. This lack of customer service was disappointing. Overall, while the store meets basic shopping needs, the staff could benefit from better training in customer assistance.”
