I walked in on a cane I could barely stand up because I had broke my leg the long bone in my leg in. Two pieces and I crushed all of my toes I don't have any feelings in my foot and I was in a lot of pain and they just let me stand there THERE WERE 4 TELLERS AND A MAN AHEAD OF ME THEY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB THEN THEY DID

Had a very poor experience with Waterstone mortgage got approved for mortgage first through a mortgage company the lady at the other company went to Waterstone mortgage to work then I got turned down for a grant on a house then they offered another grant that was going to be 1900 or more a month and I could not afford now I am getting denial letters in the mail giving me a poor credit rating when my credit is very good they will be sending this to all three credit companies I will never deal with this company again I called the person gave me the second Grant told him how disappointed I was Dave Shelor I would not do anything with this company anymore if these papers have any effect credit score I will get a lawyer and sue them for everything they've got I was told real estate agent that they're in a little group and they are all real snobby people

The staff are always so friendly and willing to help. I have been banking there for years and love this branch! Go see them sometime and they will treat you with love! Tell them carmen sent you.
