Horrible, horrible customer service. They need to be retaught how to care and treat and communicate with their customers. They do not have any respect or compassion when even checking on any prescriptions. They want to fall and put an automated Kroger pharmacy to do what is supposed to be part of their job. Heather and Harold or Ronnie have no business talking to patients let alone keeping up with what is supposed to be their job and their responsibilities. I would use any possible pharmacy other than Kroger especially the one at gateway Boulevard.

I was there by appointment for shots just to find out they don't take my insurance anymore. The man in the pharmacy was very friendly.

*EditThe review below summed up the entire year of 2022 at this location. I will say it does appear they fixed whatever the problem was as of March '23. Hopefully the days of an isle worth of customers are over.---Its hard to know exactly what is happening at this location but its been ongoing for at least 6-8 months. Request refills for specific days, won't be ready even if you show up days after. Lines will be as long as the entire vitamin isle nearly every time I walk into the store, which is multiple times a week.I'm not sure if theres an employee there that all new hires hate and so they quit very soon. There is clearly a problem from management or a very high tenture employee who runs off new hires. Something is clearly wrong at this location. Upper management really needs to do a thorough examination of the situation.

The new hours for this pharmacy were not on Google or the kroger app so I thought I had till 6pm Saturday to pick up my dogs pain med. I arrived at 3:30pm to find out they now close at 3pm Saturday and are closed on Sundays. Meaning my dog will have to suffer all day Sunday because the vet is also closed so I can't have another rx sent somewhere else.

I worked here for 13 years... Really glad I left the company when I did and I started getting my prescriptions here, by far one of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to but I go here because my insurance only supports Kroger.. and why is the pharmacy drive through closed almost every time I come here? I came here at 1:00 p.m. yesterday 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon and they were closed... WHY??

I stayed as patient as I could for as long as I could. I now have my prescriptions at CVS. That is a much better experience. I have no more stress about my prescriptions being refilled on time or having to stand in a long line because drive through not open.

Terrible. Omg. Called script in and not ready 2.5 hours later . Go somewhere else!!!! One single person waiting in the drive-through or at the counter when I got there. The script wasn’t ready and I was very sick!!!

This used to be the BEST pharmacy I ever went to. Staff was professional and there was excellent customer service. Then suddenly ...almost overnight the whole thing imploded. Terrible lines, RXs not ready, nobody picks up phone. Kroger would be better off closing this pharmacy so their reputation doesn't hurt the grocery store. This is still an excellent Kroger store...just terrible issues with pharmacy.

If the friggin drive through isn't going to be open from the time you post on site and in the window, then take the sign down and change the time reported online.
