The front desk lady is extremely rude. She should not be working with the public with that bad of an attitude.

I go here for all of my bloodwork and the ladies are always wonderful. There is often not too long of a wait and it is convenient to my house, rather than waiting forever in a hospital lab. I hate getting bloodwork done and get really anxious, and the ladies are always so kind - they distract me and I barely feel anything while they are doing it! I'm always so thankful for their kindness.

Horrible employees who think they know more than you. They think they have the power to failed your drug test just because. Unprofessional and rude.

Rude and Unprofessional employees!! I’ve been here multiple times and it’s usually something but I just try to be in and out as best I can since they’re convenient location wise. But today I went in for routine labs I’ve been getting done for the past ten years and the First woman at the front desk had trouble finding my records. Instead of calmly handling the issue she started getting frustrated and yelling at me as if I was just imagining all of my previous visits. I’m usually fine in these situations, but even I was tearing up just from how embarrassing the situation was becoming! She ended up causing a whole scene in the full waiting room until the manager came up to the front. The manager came over and politely explained the very simple issue while the original lady continued yelling over her. The manager did provide a resolution and offered to assist with the process, however after how the first woman reacted there was no way they were coming near my arm with a needle, so I walked out and drove all the way to Salem!

Very RUDE front desk person today. First time being here ever and wasn't sure which one of the options I was supposed to do. Well I accidentally did the wrong one and she made it known that I would mess up her system. As I've said, never been here, wasn't sure what to pick. I picked the obvious option but poor customer service.

I made a 4:00 pm appointment for a urine drug screen. After driving one hour to get there l was told, “we don’t do urine drug screens after 3:00pm”. I was very upset because the system allowed for me to book this appointment, and this was a lot of gas and my time. The lab tech did the test but acted hostile toward me the entire time! Unreal! I think employers need to rethink using them.

I need bloodwork completed so I went to Labcorp by recommendation of my clinician. They forwarded me the link to make an appointment. My appointment was at 9:45 am June 6th.
When I arrived, I checked in electronically and waited in the waiting area. While waiting, one of the two desk associates would call up a few folks to verify information. When verifying, the associate would blurt out an address and the individual would say no that’s not me. Next to me was a lady and her daughter, it was their information they kept blurting out a verifying with other individuals coming in for their appointment. The woman had yelled “NO that’s me” at least 3 times. That is just the first concern.
I want to note that I drove over an hour to complete labs and missed at least 3 hours of work for this. I was called to the window by one of the associates. This facility only has one small window yet, they had me, the Mother and daughter and also a walk-in lady with a bio hazard bag. The biohazard lady kept reaching around me to hand the desk associate her biohazard bag. The whole interaction seemed out of sorts. It was difficult for the front desk associate to hear me so I kept getting very abrupt and rude “huh’s” well I’m quiet because I don’t want to share all of my information at this one window with 6 people talking an listening. That was my second concern.
So the front desk associate tells me she doesn’t have an order for me and asked me my doctor’s name. This was done thru a clinician from California so all electronically. I advise I don’t have a doctor that recommended this and provided the name of the clinician. The associate was still very confused so I pulled up my email and there’s a requisition form. I asked do you need this requisition form. Handed the lady my phone. She yes this is it but do you have the paper copy. I said no this was all done thru email. She advised they cannot accept it electronically. I looked and saw the office had a printer. I told them no one told me this and I live over an hour away can I send this to you and you print for me? I got a firm no and now both front desk associates are advising that I need to go to the library and print and come back. I explained again I’m not from the area so I asked, “where is the library?”Neither of them knew where or the name of the library. They Still refused to print the one piece of paper I needed to complete my labs. They kept insisting that someone told me to print this and bring it in. No one and no email told me this. I had to leave as I was refused service because I only had an electronic version of my order and I needed to get back to work.
I reached out to my clinician and she followed up with Labcorp customer service and was told they could have typed in my order number and printed at their office. I also looked at my email that advised “ In most cases, your doctor has sent us the order electronically. If you have a paper copy, bring it with you” no where in the “what you’ll need” section does it tell me to print this and bring with me. This was an extremely frustrating experience and I will NEVER recommend Labcorp to anyone. In conclusion They don’t keep info private they just yell it out, they are not trained in front desk etiquette and they don’t care if you drive over an hour they will turn you away if you don’t have a piece of paper but have it electronically with you.

Incredibly slow and inefficient. Definitely not the best Labcorp office I’ve been to. Be prepared to wait.

There is one staff member at this location who is off-putting and callous. I have always had a hard time with blood draws because I have small veins and tend to work myself up to the point of being faint. I tried to express my needs to the staff first thing: could I please have the smallest needle size and recline/lay down? All I was told was to "go sit down" in the waiting area. Granted, I didn't feel the needle at all but when I was done with the blood draw I felt faint and said "I feel faint." The rude staff member told me to sit there until I felt like myself and LEFT. I am so use to my doctors talking and staying with me to make sure I'm okay but she left me alone, what if I had passed out? Hit my head? No one else was even there at 9am, it couldn't have hurt them to watch me instead of doing nothing at the front desk. I ended up calling my partner for someone to talk me through my faint feeling. She didn't come back until I was already ready to leave.I work in health care directly with patients so I can tell you it is incredible when patients express their needs and it is YOUR JOB to make sure they have the BARE MINIMUM they need to feel safe and comfortable. LabCorp employees lack compassion.
