I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I had called and emailed my lab request a few days ago. Today I called ten minutes ahead of time to see if they could fit in a walk-in. Luckily it wasn't too busy and I was in and out in a few minutes. Every staff member that helped me was extremely polite and helpful.

The people in this facility were incredibly helpful with our unusual and time-sensitive situation. They even called other facility for us to get us the right information. We are very impressed and very grateful!
