Customer service is incredibly difficult to get a hold of and was incredibly rude to my wife (yet treated me like gold when I called in). They only make equipment deliveries on certain days, which they did not communicate when setting up service. This put us in a horrible position when trying to set up a refill.

They are always there to help me out with my oxygen needs. The delivery tech is always willing to answer questions from me. I appreciate the service that I get from them. Thanks! Have a nice day!

My husband has tried to get his replacement machine since November it is the end of March and still no machine. Don't even call they hang up on you or don't answer the phone.
