My mothers O2 concentrator went out late in the evening the day before Thanksgiving. I called and had an order put in almost immediately but we had trouble receiving return phone calls from them since we are out in Craig County and cell service can be spotty at times. The next morning I was able to contact them and arrange for a delivery. Troy was here within less than 2 hours to deliver a new machine on Thanksgiving morning.
Thank you Troy and Lincare for making sure momma had what was needed.

Terrible customer service, you would think people who work in the medical field would be more helpful but not these people in this office, they lock the doors before closing hours and when you get your doctors to fax them, they act like they don’t receive it and will hang up on you after leaving you on hold. Brought in a physical paper fax to them and they still wouldn’t fill the order with 2 hours to go before closing.

I was traveling on my way to Nashville and stopped for the night in Chattanooga. I had discovered that I forgot to bring a connecting piece for my CPAP machine. I just happened to be a ten minute drive from their location and hoped they could help me out. They did, beyond my greatest expectation. The woman at the office saved my trip and I’m very grateful! I also think I found my perfect mask that day! Zero leaks! Thank you so much for your great service!

Lincare has been very good to me. I used Lincare in Richmond,Virginia. Now I am using Lincare here in Roanoke, Virginia. Whenever I have needed anything they have always responded quickly. I love working with Lincare.

Absolute worst customer service in the Roanoke region. Horrible attitudes on the phone, if they even answer. They never call you back to follow up. They lie to make themselves look better and never take accountability. I advise you to switch providers to literally anyone else. This entire experience has been disgraceful.

We were on the first day of vacation and stopped overnight in Roanoke, Virginia before heading to Nashville. Once we were set up in the room, my husband discovered that when he had cleaned his CPAP machine before leaving our house that he had inadvertently left behind the seal for his water chamber. We made a call to the Roanoke Lincare office to determine where we could get a replacement. The ladies In that office could not have been more helpful, professional, and kind. They had us come by the office, where they were able to supply him with a replacement water chamber. This literally saved our vacation. He does not sleep well without his CPAP and he would’ve been exhausted for the duration of our trip. Big shout out to the Roanoke team for fabulous service to out of town, Lincare customers! Thank you ladies!!

I was from out of town trying to get a part for my CPAP. I called everywhere and no luck, until I called Lincare in Roanoke VA. I went into the office and was instantly greeted by Letisha, who was AWESOME!! They had what I needed, answered all of my questions, and would definitely recommend to anyone.
